Hey @KyleClark I'm a gay man and lifelong Obama/berniecrat until 2025. I was the proponent on this TWICE! I traveled to every single one of Colorado's 64 counties speaking on this issue. This is not, as you claim, an "evangelical christian" issue. This is not "anti-trans". This is about protecting female's rights to consent, privacy, safety, and equality. It's about protecting sex-based rights, sex-segregated spaces, and children's health and innocence. As a privileged white heterosexual male, I wouldn't expect you to understand why that is so important to protect. You just show your homophobia and misogyny by defending mutilating and sterilizing proto-gay children and allowing boys to rob girls of opportunity.

@KyleClark This is not a Christian issue. This is an issue of science. Evidence. Lack of Medical necessity. In the best interest of... And so on. Please correct your bias in reporting. Thank you.

Evangelical Christians have successfully placed two anti-trans measures on the November ballot to "stop the transgender plague in Colorado." The initiatives sidestep the Democrat-controlled legislature, which a ballot measure organizer says is inhabited by "actual demons."

I’m a very proud Mother, raising Lions not sheep. How fucking sinister is this?? My son claims he didn’t get caught and in the meeting the teacher said someone had handed him a note. Either way…. “You were caught talking at xxx, xxx and xxx about your ideological views - you were midway through a diatribe on why being part of the LGBTQIA+ community should be considered a mental illness/condition. I have since had a meeting with you, making it absolutely clear that making comments like that is deeply offensive and ideologically abhorrent and in no way appropriate to be preaching within the walls of the college. We talked about what effect saying such things may have on your peers, and staff. You were receptive to the feedback and promised that you would not talk this way in college again. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that this written warning will remain active on your student record for the duration of 3 months after which they can become spent but will remain on your student record.”

My son just got a written warning from college for a private conversation discussing trans shit with friends. I reckon I’m about to go scorched earth on these twats.

Victims of experimental surgeries often don’t see the full impact until later in life. They deserve a limitations period that accounts for delayed harm. Our VP of Litigation, Josh Dixon, spoke on behalf of the detransitioners we represent yesterday in Arizona. LISTEN to his remarks⬇️

I was in Sacramento yesterday and I can’t tell you how grotesque it is that detransitioners like @JonniSkinner and @LJDetrans have to bare their souls, their trauma, details about their bodies, all in a noble & brave attempt to prevent another child from this harm, just to have those assholes on the committee NOT ASK A SINGLE QUESTION. They sat there, tried to ignore every word (I saw their faces though, they failed at that task), then read their pre-written speeches, congratulated themselves on standing up to big, bad Trump or being kind or whatever lie they tell themselves, and voted to move the bill supporting the chemical castration of kids forward.

John Money, the man who pioneered the transgender movement, transformed the world's ideas about gender and sex. But who really was he and what did he actually do? This clip featuring the esteemed @Miriam_Grossman is from the breakthrough documentary "What Is a Doctor?" The link to the full film is in the comments.

Great coverage of our group fighting the genderwoo at the California Capitol! Many of us are lifelong liberals, progressives, lesbians, bleeding hearts, whatever you want to call us… We are proud to stand with our conservative sisters in this fight to protect kids.

On Detrans Awareness Day last Thursday, I was reunited with someone I hadn’t seen in eight years. We met in Brighton Hospital in 2018. We had the same surgery on the same day by the same surgeon. We both detransitioned.

Really? I think the GC community (whatever that is) are the only people who DO understand the harms. We’re the only ones shouting about stopping these interventions. We’re the ones saying don’t affirm, don’t bind/tuck, don’t take blockers or abuse hormones, don’t get your genitals mutilated. Misunderstanding/misrepresenting/ignoring the harms is entirely the domain of the pro-trans cult.

Very good point made here that isn’t properly explored as part of the media narrative that the various stages of ‘transition’ are separate and ‘pick n mix’, with some bits reversible and some not, rather than an conveyor belt. Breast-binding, promoted here by the BBC x.com/bbcthree/statu… is portrayed as a part of social transition because it’s about presentation and ‘expression’. That means its profound and permanent physical impacts are ignored. Similarly with ‘tucking’ the penis and testicles. See more here from @genspect on the medical damage done, and on media claims that both are not only harmless but beneficial open.substack.com/pub/genspect/p… Because there are no drugs or surgeries involved, binding and tucking are portrayed as wholly reversible, just like the clothes and pronouns of ‘social transition’: part of a watching and waiting period. But not only are they the initial steps on the road to drugs and surgery, they’re not reversible even if they stop there, and drugs and surgery are not pursued. However far a ‘transitioning’ person walks along that road, they can’t undo it and go back to the beginning. All they can do is move off it and take a different path forward. None of it - none - is reversible.

Teen girls (like the one I was) who think they’re transgender 🏳️‍⚧️, are being told it’s safe and reversible to bind their breasts. But here’s what girls like me were NEVER told: That not only will long-term binding destroy our healthy breasts, but potentially our skin, lungs, nerves, necks, and spines as well. That this damage only gets more painful with time, not less. That we will live with lasting pain and disfigurement to our chests sustained because of breast binding, whether we continue onto mastectomy or whether we do not. That mastectomy will not ‘erase’ or undo the harms of binding. Those who argue that “gender affirming” breast binding is “just social transition” akin to a change of clothes are either simply ignorant or they are simply LIARS. I am done mincing words here. I no longer care whether the people who peddle these dangerous ideas via bad arguments call themselves trans activists, gender critical activists or detransition activists. An identity label or activist label of any kind does not entitle one to blatantly mislead the public about the most common source of transition-related injuries that young women experience. Breast/chest binders are medical devices with approved clinical uses in post-surgical recovery for very short periods of time under strict medical supervision to monitor harms. There is no legitimate medical reason for a healthy girl or woman to be compressing her entire upper body (especially during development) for 8-12 hour days, stretching into months and then into years at a time. It will neither make her happier, nor healthier, nor more functional. It will only damage her body, cause her a potential lifetime of devastating pain and make her desperately want her now irreparably damaged breasts, removed. How do I know? Because I was one of those young women who was lied to. Because my whole generation was lied to. And because so many people, both trans activists and gender critical activists continue to equivocate about “safe” ways to bind your breasts without so much as study showing it can be done safely. Thank you to the team at @genspect including the spirited, determined and energetic @stellaomalley3 for giving me a platform to raise awareness about the cause of (by far) the most common but least discussed sources of transition injuries faced by young women, and of course, for allowing me to share my thoughts on gender identity ideation, desistance, detransition and to say a few words on how these themes overlap with autism.

Iconic sticker by @WomensLibFront. Sex = biology. Gender = hierarchical social norms that oppress women. In other words, sex is why women are oppressed and gender is how. #RadicalFeminists believe that gender can and should be abolished in order to liberate women.

"Rigorous research on sex-based variation remains vital. It also challenges simplistic and harmful ideologies of the sex binary.” Translation: since what we already know causes harm, we need more research to show why it’s wrong. Plenty of people make weak arguments about science to push a particular social agenda. The bigger problem is the legitimacy that scientific journals lend them. @Evolutionistrue @SwipeWright whyevolutionistrue.com/2026/03/16/ano…
