Visited the City Repair Hub in @iloilo, where government property is repaired and refurbished and see the 🇪🇺🇵🇭 Green Economy Partnership in action. 🇪🇺supported the hub with power tools, thereby contributing to reducing waste and advancing the circular economy. ♻️

Great to engage with young leaders and students on global affairs and 🇪🇺🇵🇭 relations at the Model UN Conference @wsuuniversity on “Transcending Barriers for Global Harmony” in Iloilo. Engaging youth to shape a more cooperative world through dialogue and partnership with 🇵🇭

Moderating today’s exchange with @eucopresident António Costa at the EU Ambassadors Conference 2026, three clear messages stood out: defend the rules-based international order, reinforce multilateral cooperation, and expand the EU’s global partnerships.

We see a new world order characterized by competition and coercive power politics, featuring military powers, who aim to establish spheres of influence. How we respond to this moment will define us.
