@bixlereid @DrZamilov “But it’s perspective that’s required to shift.” - yes, strangely this is a universally true maxim for which few people hold as a core belief.

Positive news for Australian investors (I shared full details in the quoted post). In short, CommSec is likely to have a retail offering for the SpaceX IPO. Release of the Australian SpaceX IPO prospectus needs to happen next. I was sent multiple copies of this email (thanks to everyone who shared it) and have also verified this with CommSec directly on the phone (after waiting on hold for 45 minutes). This is genuine. p.s. The guy I spoke to on the phone indicated that they're being INUNDATED by calls about SpaceX. So... make of that what you will... 😉

Greats news for US-based investors. If you're outside the US: CALL every brokerage you can and ask if they're participating in the SpaceX IPO and if you can get an allocation. Report back with results. Country. Brokerage. Yes/No? This will help other investors.

This is probably the best look at the shockwaves I’ve seen from the latest Starship flight. Captured from a GoPro I clamped onto a proper camera to record simultaneous video. (I’ll show you the photo the better camera took in the reply)

Now that Starship V3 has made its debut, we are one step closer to making life multiplanetary. During Fram2 training, apart from the usual Dragon-related topics, I remember that what we talked about most in the training room was how to reliably tether down on Phobos. Three months ago, Elon announced that the focus would shift toward the Moon. That makes sense. And I am also excited to see that, with AI data centers, we may eventually find a way to make space commercially practical. So why am I setting my sights on Mars rather than the Moon? Because I believe that even without private investment in lunar flights, we will still reach the Moon, and likely very soon. As competition between the United States and China intensifies, governments will turn lunar bases into reality. And I am happy to sit back and watch that happen. On the other hand, I have no confidence that Mars will still happen within our lifetime. And I think I should do something about that. I hope that by purchasing a flyby mission to Mars, SpaceX will have another reason not to forget about Mars. Because we seriously shouldn’t defer Mars to our next generation. Although this mission will not make a tether down on Phobos, everything has to begin with a first step. We had Mariner 4 and 9 before the Vikings, and today’s Curiosity and Perseverance. I hope this mission can show the public that Mars is not just a point of light in a telescope. It is a real place, and humans can fly there and come back alive and come back healthy.

As the husband of a dear wife and the father of cherished girls, it's mind boggling some of the bullshit I see girls and women dealing with. That said, the problem underlines a larger problem with today's medical system, and its proven by the increasingly available allied and complementary health services, much akin to the approach @bryan_johnson and Kate is taking. Take the system but extend it in more personalised and meaningful ways, to support wellness rather than wait and treat illness. Bring it on.
Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson

We now have a female Bryan Johnson. It’s Kate Tolo. She will become the most measured female in history. +$2 million of spend per year + Developing a female-specific protocol + Sharing everything for free To start, she will spend 3 months mapping her baseline. Men, in contrast, can get their baseline done in 1 or 2 weeks. + 3 months for baseline measurement + across 4 time points per cycle + doing the same thing every day + a dedicated full-time medical team For context on the extensiveness of measurement, during the past 5 years, we’ve collected 1.5 billion data points on my body. I suspect Kate will exceed that given technology has improved since I started. The goal is to create a repeatable waveform of hundreds of life-critical biomarkers. Once the baseline is acquired, she will begin interventions. We will try to answer practically useful questions and share all of the data + learnings for free. Can fertility be improved? + Should women cold plunge? + Can PMS symptoms be alleviated? + What should a female sauna protocol be? + Should dosage change throughout the month? + What keeps a cycle regular? + Does the body need more iron, magnesium, or protein at specific phases? + Should women fast? + Should recovery protocol change by phase? + What's the earliest detectable signal of perimenopause? + Can perimenopause be slowed? + How is cognitive load & mood affected? + Does stress impact men and women the same? Kate has suspected endometriosis. 10% of all women do. We will try to tackle this too. I am excited for all of the surprising things we will hopefully uncover. Unlike me, Kate does not have the innate desire to wake up at 4:30am and do six hours of longevity therapies. She’s the cofounder of Blueprint, building in the trenches with me since day one. She understands the game and how hard it is. In many ways, this is a sacrifice for her. She is a creative person, going from a life of freedom and spontaneity to a rigid protocol. Traditionally, RCTs have been viewed as the gold standard. But RCTs have underserved women. The FDA banned women from clinical trials for 16 years (1977 to 1993), and most "medicine for women" is still medicine tested in men. Demanding RCT-only evidence for women's health is demanding evidence that doesn't exist. There is not enough practical scientific literature for women to reference only RCTs. It leaves half the population without a path to know what to do. N=1 medicine is gaining ground and picking up where RCTs specifically fail. Individual science experiments give us signals that answer what to do on a day-to-day basis. This is even more important for women. If you’re new to Kate and my world, I want you to understand that we have your back. Our intentions are to be a sturdy, reliable force in your life. To care for your best interest as we’d care for our own. We want what’s best for you and our loyalty is to your existence. It’s pretty cool to be living in a time when we may be the first generation to not die. I’m not suggesting immortality, but lifespans so long that we stop thinking about lifespans. At the end of the day, the one thing we each care about more than anything else is one more breath. I’m proud of Kate for taking on this responsibility. It’s painful, exhausting and costly. The beginning of the world’s first n=2.

@Aella_Girl As a corporate normie, having a husband who insists I’m pretty stops the spiraling. DGMW, I still hate it & know I’m not attractive like I was at 23 but it doesn’t matter so much. Also my son thinks I’m the greatest which helps soften the blow significantly.

I've been gradually looking slightly less attractive over the last few years due to aging. I don't love this, and I think it's harder to handle due to spending so much of my life in an industry where appearances are vital. I have personally found that to be the biggest downside in sex work - I suspect I'd be way chiller with this if I'd spent my life working in idk walmart

6 drives and 6 hours into FSD v14.3.3, here’s my review: - Actually Smart Summon improvements are fantastic. The 33% speed increase from 6-8mph is actually extremely noticeable and makes it feel more human-like driving through a parking lot, especially a crowded one. Some may think it’s not a big change, but it is. - “Hey Grok” is amazing! It has worked perfectly for me each time so far as a wake word, and I’ve used it a bunch. Huge quality of life improvement and being able to set navigation reminders is a really awesome feature! - FSD v14.3.3 reacted to someone running their stop sign before I could even see them around a wall in a parking garage. The driver monitoring system (DMS) is way more relaxed in this build than previously, especially in Standard profile. - The new car visualization looks so much richer and better as combined with the spring update, way cooler. The acceleration profile of Mad Max is much smoother from 0-2mph off the line compared to v14.3.2, it doesn’t feel jerky or a jolt off the line. This is a big improvement and it’s still plenty quick. - On city streets, and I’m pretty sure on the highway as well, Standard is more relaxed with changing lanes. It doesn’t change as frequently which is a nice thing to have for street driving. I’ll get a lot more seat time this afternoon through this week. - There has been no twitching or jerky behavior with this build. Smooth inputs even in tricky scenarios- in the past few days FSD v14.3.2 has been slightly twitchy in my experience but this is way better. - When FSD v14.3.3 reverses out of a parallel or perpendicular parking spot, I’ve noticed on this build it doesn’t reverse as far as before and it reduced unnecessary reversing distance. It feels more human like as it knows exactly the amount of steering angle required to exit the spot without backing up to far. This was even present in my 2025 Model 3 without a front fascia camera. - Mad Max feels a bit more refined. It’s like a smooth slice through traffic and I’m now using it almost exclusively vs hurry I used before. The improved off the line performance is a big factor in that as well. Very calculated decisions and inputs. - The new FSD Intervention streak feature is a really cool addition, would’ve been awesome to have for our FSD Cannonball Run record from New York City-LA, but I love how they are incentivizing using the system more as it’s safer than driving yourself. - Speed control in 55mph speed zones needs more work, this was apparent on the cannonball with FSD v14.3.2 but there’s no clear max speed for it in 55 zones. Should be tamed and restricted a bit specifically in 55mph zones. Looking forward to improved pothole avoidance too. - I like the new messages at top of the screen, specifically if you do not have a destination set in the navigation, it will tell you to select one. If you are in Mad Max occasionally it will let you know increased attention could be required if the surroundings require it. - Parking garage behavior seems unchanged from FSD v14.3.2 when inside, but noticed it was slightly more confident entering and exiting the garages and coming up to the ticket dispenser. Didn’t see much looping behavior. - I haven’t had FSD v14.3.3 camp in the left lane yet, as I haven’t had it on an empty highway since there’s been traffic today. This was a feature that FSD v14.3.2 had in that we didn’t enjoy on the cannonball. I’ll get some seat time in on my drive to NorCal this week where we’ll see if it does it. - I haven’t had any weird braking, jitteriness or twitching yet, definitely a big smoothness jump over FSD v14.3.2, even more so than FSD v14.2.2.5 in my experience so far. Overall, this version did a great job combining the attributes of FSD v14.3 like the insane reaction time, parking features, and new stack with the refinement that we loved with FSD v14.2.2.5 AND the great Spring Update features. Elon said this update is a banger, and it is. Great work @Tesla_AI teams!!

@nswpolice Everyone wants to know, what precautions need to be taken for asbestos exposure risk? Presumably the rain is mitigating, but these old mayfield homes are not exactly air tight against blown in pollutants. A small amount of precaution seems prudent if required.

The issue isn't one of belief. It's one of how she *feels*. That's based on how _he_ connects to _her_. Wish is done by knowing what matters to her. Which might need her to do the work to figure that out so she can tell him, rather than subtly criticise him for her induced fear, based on a failure to connect meaningfully.

The problem isn't what you think it is. Trust is developed in the every day interactions. By showing your heart to her, the inside voice that reflects your feelings (that you might need to surface through a lot of work) on the regular, you will solve this problem inherently. You can't solve this by never doing the wrong thing, going to the wrong place, or avoiding things in life. You need to fix this by connecting with her where you can, not by avoiding situations when you can't.

I use to be an Airline Pilot. I was gone 3 to 4 days per week traveling. My wife became convinced I was having affairs on the road with Flight Attendants because she was reading a Novel named The Pilots Wife. She would dig through my wallet when I got home. She finally found what she was looking for. It was a receipt from “On the Border”. A Strip Club in Milwaukee. Problem was, it was a Mexican Restaurant I went to with the Captain for dinner in KMCI. She even called the phone number on the receipt. She heard music and was convinced it was a strip club because a woman answered the phone. I have never in 26 years cheated on My Wife but she is convinced I have. 😵‍💫
