United States-linked vessels face severe restrictions. The Persian Gulf Strait Authority is not the United States blockade. It is the structural mirror of it. The same logic now governs the ship, the model, the chip, the biological sample, and the human identity. The architecture has become visible across domains. The dollar has never been more dominant. The dollar has never been more structurally fragile. Both are true. The reason is admissibility. This is not a story about the death of the dollar. It is a story about the conversion of global power from ownership to admissibility. The framework is architectural, not accusatory.
