How many examples do they want? Religion (any faith) has been used as a justification to kill other humans since the dawn of humanity. It certainly won’t stop people from using violence. It sometimes causes violence. That’s it. That was the point.

As every woman who has ever lived knows if a man spits the word fucking bitch at you it's pure fury at lack of control...other words come for different reasons and times. Fucking bitch ALWAYS means you didn't listen to me / defer to my perceived power and I am enraged and feel you should and want to make you with power and violence if needed.

The best indicator of a conservative man's commitment to "protecting women" is how he treats progressive women. If he treats progressive women poorly, he doesn't protect women, he merely engages in a quid pro quo relationship with women who act the way he wants them to.

It is not "conservative" to reflexively and uncritically defend state use of lethal force against a citizen. There's a word for that reflex; conservative is not that word.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol just illegally arrested a U.S. citizen… a TEENAGER… in Richfield, Minnesota. The teen was working at Target when agents tackled him and arrested him, while his passport was in his pocket, fully identifying himself as a U.S. citizen. None of it mattered. Why? Because he looked Latino. When a coworker asked who to call, he said, heartbreakingly: “my mom.” Think about that. Your teenage son goes to work, and Border Patrol kidnaps him. This isn’t an isolated incident. ICE and Border Patrol have repeatedly illegally arrested U.S. citizens, especially in Minnesota. And after agents murdered a U.S. citizen who tried to drive away from illegal detention, this should outrage every single American. U.S. citizens do not have to prove their citizenship. Yet, ICE and Border Patrol agents are routinely violating the Constitution, demanding proof anyway… and even refusing to accept drivers licenses or real IDs. And now? Even a passport doesn’t matter. This isn’t enforcement… it’s targeting Americans based on fear and appearance, treating citizens like criminals in their own country. When will this end? When will the government stop stripping citizens of their rights and labeling them terrorists for simply existing?

I don’t know what to make of prolific people on social media who appear to never have mixed feelings. Who take a certain side, defend a certain position down the line no matter what has occurred. I mean, nothing ever happens to make a person cry foul on their own team? Nothing?? Is there no point when our side has gone too far? I can’t comprehend it. Seems to me that is putting way too much confidence in humans. Nobody’s always right. The thing about straight lines drawn by human hands is how prone they are to get crooked.

In his 1971 book, "Kent State: What Happened and Why," James Michener concluded the ultimate explanation for why the Ohio National Guard shot and killed multiple students is that the working class males in the Guard couldn't handle disrespect, esp. from *coeds*.

If the law enforcement officers at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 applied the same standard of "self-defence" that ICE officers on January 7th, 2025 are being held to, the riot would have been a mass casualty event.

Rep. Moulton: If an 18-year-old Marine did with that ICE officer did, shot a woman as she was driving away, he would be court-martialed. We should expect that standard for our federal officers.

The Right needs to stop saying that Men Are Protectors if they're also gonna be ok with men shooting women in the face.

The inability to say, "Oh, yes! This was wrong! The people involved will be held accountable," is flabbergasting.

Citizens should not have to treat law enforcement like they are dangerous in order to not get shot. "What do you expect him to do?!" What do I expect the trained professional with the weapon and power to do? Be in control, and not resort to violence as an easy answer

Walz just said the quiet part out loud: A medical professional tried to help the woman ICE shot, identified themselves clearly and an ICE agent replied, “I do not care.” That’s not law enforcement. That’s a complete collapse of humanity.
