@Succculenttrash Boxster base uses cast iron pistons, whereas the S uses forged aluminum pistons with the faulty skirting. The Boxster base is the only engine without bore scoring troubles due to this. Mk1 is far more problematic than mk2.
For long term ownership, a mk2 base is the way to go.

Removing TPS status for Haitians living in the United States would cost 350,000 workers their ability to work at a time when we’re already facing serious workforce shortages.
