🚨@Shopify just KILLED my business. 🚨 They're holding €39,311 of MY money hostage until September 2026. → 3,162 orders delivered → 0.15% chargeback rate (6x BELOW industry "high risk") → Every proof submitted → Every customer happy Their answer? "Final decision." No human. No reason. No recourse. Meanwhile: my suppliers unpaid. My employees unpaid. My ads off. My stock frozen. Mes chiffres : ✅ Taux de rétrofacturation : 0,16% (6x SOUS le seuil de 0,65%) ✅ 3 052 commandes traitées ✅ 7 000€/jour de CA ✅ 0 fraude, 0 violation Versements suspendus + 2 ANNULÉS d'un coup. 3 contacts au support → aucune réponse. @Shopify débloquez nos fonds. Je ne laisse pas passer ça. Vous bloquez la totalité de mes fonds, c'est ILLOGIQUE. Vous détruisez mentalement des entrepreneurs qui font les choses correctement. Si Shopify peut faire ça à un compte avec un taux à 0,16%, ça peut arriver à n'importe quel e-commerçant. Diversifiez vos processeurs. TOUJOURS. #Shopify #Ecommerce #ShopifyPayments #ecom

Shopify da zaman zaman böyle durumlar olabiliyor. Shopify Plus kullanıyorsanız çok daha hızlı destek alabilirsin. Bu tür sorunların önüne geçebilmek için daima farklı bir ödeme geçidi kullanmak gerekiyor. Dünyanın en büyük e-ticaret altyapısı bu sorunu çözeceğine inancım tam. @Shopify @ShopifySupport
