@Shopify @ShopifySupport @ShopifyEng @tobi My Shopify Payments payouts have been suspended without any reason. I woke up this morning and everything was working fine then suddenly all payouts were frozen and my account got suspended. No email. No explanation. No required action on my side. The only message shown in my dashboard says it could be related to verification, incorrect banking details, or product eligibility but I haven’t received anything to review or submit. I’m honestly shocked. Now a significant amount of funds is on hold, completely blocking my business. I have a team to pay, and overnight everything stopped without warning. I’ve reached out multiple times but haven’t received any clear response. I’m fully compliant and ready to provide any documents immediately I just need clarity and a way to resolve this. Please escalate this. My DMs are open. If anyone can RT to help increase visibility, I’d really appreciate it 🙏
