More than 3 lakh learners appeared in the 2nd Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) under ULLAS – Nav Bharat Saaksharta Karyakram, conducted on 15 March 2026 across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The participants included learners from jails in five districts.
