So if you are a filmmaker, what can you do about this?
First - you don't need to ignore the clouds, a cloudy Earth is still recognisably Earth (see this picture from the EPIC instrument on DSCOVR, taken earlier this week)

What is it about #caves ? They are apparently so important to monitoring the #climate that almost every #Satellite 🛰️ has a little model cave onboard.

We spend a lot of time looking at #contrails from passenger and cargo #aircraft, which are typically long and straight.
Military aircraft leave contrails with different patterns that are visible from space.
