I don’t read charts, i don’t day trade and I don’t fully understand candles. I got wrecked in 2021, walked away and came back after reading about $tel. I knew it would save me, reverse my losses, and dig me out of a dark hole. It has, I am calm in the storm now. Thankyou $tel

@kalospepgod have you got any experience or knowledge on endurance athletes taking reta as a ergogenic aid to boost lipolysis? my biggest indicator has been the unbelievable reduction in inflammation ( muscle stiffness in the morning , i’m 54) and the motivation and mental energy boost

If you are an absolute beginner to peptides, have no clue what they are but are wanting to learn more, ask your questions here. Nothing will sound too dumb. Well maybe, but who cares. Ask away!

Main goal: Continue my own research and path of raising BMR as high as possible, to be able to enjoy the lifestyle I would like, while able to fend off fat gain and still gain muscle, due to the combination of compounds we have available, that makes it the most possible its ever been during our time. --- What you get with me is an authentic person. Not going to hound you with questions on bloodwork. It’s purely my own journey and what has worked for me. I have spent countless hours this year with a ton of free time, to be able to come out of the woodworks with experience I can share that I have actually done myself. Not chasing lab work numbers, but chasing being in a state of feeling great everyday. Despite me having affiliations now, which BTW are vendors I research with, nothing changes about the core reason I started posting. I love this stuff. It’s all I focus on now. And it looks like I’m in the right area on X to be able to showcase it and help people as well as learn myself. I would like to be able to make an income out of this someday, but don't know how thats going to fully materialize. In real life, I’m a normal dork. I love Game of Thrones, love UFC/NFL, sometimes game a bit, love my pizza and frozen margs, and love binge watching TV series to the point it's obsessive. I am a former Surveillance and Casino Management employee, who walked away from the career in my early 30s years to pursue entrepreneurship, and initially found a skill in trading, prior to shifting my focus now to biohacking. Below are progress photos (I could only add 4, from January-almost current). My cut was from 218-171lbs, where now I’m back near 200 again, much more healthy and more lean mass. 7-MONTHS... I am about this. I am excited to see where the rest of the year brings me with increased calorie intake, as well as more research. Goal is always to have an outstanding story to tell. So far I am very thankful for: Peptide Plugs: peptideplugs.com/?ref=OPTIMIZED Biolongevity Labs: go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id… Rescue Research USA: rescueresearchusa.com/?sca_ref=11636… ( Code Optimized) Elite Research USA- Whom I don’t have an affiliation with, But @trinity2pointO has been great to me, and also has an amazing research catalog I wouldn’t refer everyone to explore. Also, an additional shoutout for the friendships I have built with @peptidepirate, @ThePepGuy, @kalospepgod (PepGuide.net), @JasonXinTX, and many more I could mention, who I interact with all on here often. But thankful for them finding value in my content, and offering me an opportunity to be affiliated with them, as well as accepting ideas I have offered them as well! Excited to see the growth we all make. Rest of the day, Im taking it easy and enjoying some food with the other half, and the UFC fights tonight.. Might pop in with any updates, if my never-stop working vendors sneak in some that I don't want to miss sharing!

I am not. When I used Reta I started at .5mg every 5 days for a month and the. Increased .25mg every month until I hit 1.5mg. I actually didn’t use it for fat loss. I used it to retire my hunger signaling. I was always starving. Bulk or cut. 1500 calories a day or 4500 calories a day. That is gone. I have been off Reta for almost 7 months and I finally have control of my appetite. As for test, yes I stay at 200 mg as my TRT dose. I will probably “blast” again come October but I am always conservative

Not sure how many people are going to read this but I have learned a lot from X these last 2+ years and wanted to give back a little bit of what I’ve learned. I don’t consider myself more than an intermediate who still has a lot to learn but I wanted to help explain what got me from wheel spinning to where I am. The formula is simple but may not be easy at first. It’s the basics guys and gals. You need to figure out your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) which will help you with your maintenance calories. You need to weigh your protein fat and carb portions so you can accurately track your calories. Make sure you are adequately fueled pre and post workout. Make sure you are getting sufficient sleep nightly for recovery purposes. The next part is very important. It’s how you train. Don’t get caught up in “optimal rep ranges” or how many sets. 6-20 reps is what works best and you really need to just work the set until you can no longer complete a full rep. Forget “RIR” reps in reserve or “RPE”rate of perceived exertion. Also forget about the weight on the bar or stack. Your muscles don’t know how much weight they are lifting. They respond to the tension being driven through the muscle. Drive that tension to muscle failure in the 6-20 rep range. The last part is everyone’s favorite part. Peptides and PED’s. When I restarted my journey it was on doctor prescribed and monitored TRT at 150mg per week. I rode that for 18 months. Once I felt I had a grasp on things I bumped my test to 300mg and added masteron at 200mg. I dabbled in numerous peptide and research compounds and found out that the only ones that helped move the needle for me were GH, Reta and injectable l-carnitine. I’m sure others have their place but I didn’t notice anything from a large majority of them. Nothing crazy or over the top. I’m currently using 200mg test and 6iu GH eod. I think being conservative with AAS specifically is the way to go. They definitely can move the needle but are much more of a net positive once the basics are dialed in. There are a lot of people who think that driving compound amounts up is the first lever to move when in reality it should be the absolute last. There are a lot of high value people in this space who post amazing free content and advice. My advice is follow them in relative silence and ask questions to improve your basic understanding of the basics. Again by no means am I an expert but if I can help in anyway feel free to ask questions. 🙏

Being a man in your 40’s is wild Some guys are becoming “grandpa” Others are changing their kids diapers Some are having 20 year wedding anniversaries Others are sending wedding invitations Some are going to kindergarten graduation Others are at college or boot camp graduation Some are starting brand new jobs Others are dropping papers to retire Most look like they were never in shape A few look like they haven’t missed a single workout Some have already had the big one & are in a box in the ground Others are doing everything they can to stay out We might all be in different stages but the one place we all should be is in the gym. Getting into or maintaining being in shape. It’s the best way to get another 40 years

Maintaining a lean physique is significantly easier than getting to a lean physique. Especially on a GLP1 microdosing. If weight loss is your goal right now, keep at it. It will pay off, it gets much easier at the finish line.

@BiohackerJake great advice. Can i ask why you consider a low dose of reta? I’ve never taken trizepitide, so if reta blunts your appetite, then tirzepitide must be really strong

What is the true long-term play with GLP-1 usage? Are we actually thinking about that, or are we just pushing higher and higher doses to delete food noise at all costs — even for people who are already lean? I’ll be honest: I used to side-eye people who needed these drugs. Now I’m one of the biggest supporters. Tirzepatide was a big part of my own cut (218 → 171). It worked. I’m now in the rebuild phase, adding size back, and running a very low dose of Retatrutide purely for its metabolic effects. That’s the part a lot of loud voices in this space are missing. Retatrutide isn’t just another stronger appetite suppressor. The glucagon component actually increases energy expenditure — estimates from the data put it around an extra 200-500 calories burned per day through higher thermogenesis and fat oxidation. That’s a real metabolic advantage, not just “eat less.” This could also end up being proven to be much more for most people. Most people regain the majority of the weight within a year of stopping (often ~2/3 of what they lost). That’s consistent across the big trials. So the conversation has shifted to “just stay on it forever at high dose to keep food noise gone.” Here’s the problem: A growing number of voices (including some vendor heads and “biohacking educators”) are now telling people who have already lost most of what’s realistic to keep the dose high anyway. These are often lean individuals preaching to other lean or near-goal people. That’s where the advice breaks. They got you to lose the weight. That’s the one-trick part. They rarely give you a real plan for what comes after — how to actually rebuild, restore metabolic health, and not trade one dependency for another. The smarter long-term play for a lot of us isn’t max suppression forever. It’s using the compound strategically: Low-dose Retatrutide (especially) can sit in the background and support a higher basal metabolic rate and better nutrient partitioning while you lift heavy and eat in a surplus. The improved insulin sensitivity + glucagon-driven energy expenditure means more of those calories can go toward muscle instead of just getting stored as fat. You don’t need the full appetite-killing effect once you’re done cutting. This is the part that actually supports longevity and sustainability. You get the metabolic edge without hammering your body with high doses indefinitely or creating a new mental reliance on total food noise elimination. These compounds are legitimately powerful. But the current direction — break people down with aggressive deficits and high doses, then tell them to stay suppressed forever — is incomplete at best and irresponsible at worst for anyone whose goal is long-term health and actual body recomposition. We need better exit strategies and maintenance approaches. Low-dose Retatrutide while training hard and eating more is one of them. It lets you enjoy food again within reason, keep a higher BMR than you’d have off everything, and focus on building instead of just staying small. The people pushing “high dose forever to kill hunger” for everyone who’s already lean are selling a very limited version of success. If you’ve already lost the weight, the real flex is being able to eat more, train harder, and stay lean without needing maximum suppression for the rest of your life.

@TheDrMAWZ my hrv is all over the place, i do a lot of running and riding, but honestly the effects on endurance and and muscle stiffness is quiet unbelievable. a caveat is my training has been low intensity, i’ve stopped wearing a hr monitor, but the ergogenic aid is real. i’m 54

The heart rate rise on GLP and GIP agonists is not a rounding error. Trials show a resting increase of roughly 5 to 10 bpm. Your heart rate at rest is one of the cleanest signals of autonomic tone you own. A drug that raises it every day is buying fat loss with sympathetic activation. Track your resting HR before, during and after if you run one.

well said $Tel
The BULL Murray@kryptokush737

Let me just say right now……This is a proud moment I must say. I’m so proud of $Tel for all their fortitude and tenacity. Their grace under pressure. Their tunnel vision to keep going when everyone said they shouldn’t. Their unwavering confidence when everyone said they couldn’t. They were laughed at and doubted. They were kicked down and outed….called a “scam” and a “shit-coin”. Told that this was impossible. That governments were never gonna go for it. But they stayed the course. Kept their vision. Never flinched. Never even blinked. Opening one little portal at a time. One day at a time. Moment to moment. Planting seeds in one little country at a time. Expecting to one day grow roots there. Well now they have begun to grow those roots. Thank you @telcoin $Tel In life, a great idea begins with 3 things: Trust. Belief. And the courage to see it forward. And $Tel stuck to those 3 things. And to all of you who helped carry them through with those 3 things. To all of you who stuck with them through the “boring” times….the dark times….The down times. And the really really down times. To all of you that didn’t just ignore the noise, but actually strengthened from it. All of you who not only stayed invested…but continued to buy more…..I’m so proud of all of you as well. Well done. You to have earned this moment. 🥹👊🏽💥 And to all of you nay-sayers and FUD-spreaders…….well take a good hard look! That’s a crypto bank account I’ve got right there. And soon everyone else will have one to……Including you. 😎👍🏽 $TEL $tel @telcoin

@9mmsmg could that increased endurance be possible more from the trt as it increases your haemoglobin which is what will increase endurance? Mot c is not necessary when taking trt especially if you are doing less than 8 hours cardio.

My supplement/peptide/med tier list: 1. Testosterone - In actual TRT doses with frequent blood work. No, 500 mg a week is not a TRT dose. 2. Human Growth Hormon - It's magic. I feel younger physically now at 44 than I did at 18. My recovery from everything is rapid. I stay lean year round. 3. Retatrutide - While my higher dose cutting cycle is over, this drug has done wonders for blood work and I never have the urge to eat poorly. I'm continuing at a lower maintenance dose just for overall health benefits. I maintain a good appetite enough for hypertrophy, I just never get the urge to eat garbage. 4. GLOW/KLOW - I don't know if the addition of KPV is needed in my case in the KLOW, but this has done wonders for me. My joints and tendons feel amazing, like I hadn't abused them lifting over 25 years. I recover from everything like wolverine. Secondary benefits is my skin jumped back to about 10 years ago. 5. MOTS-C - My cardio capacity is through the roof from it. I can push in vigorous and peak HR zones for extended periods of time. 6. Oral finasteride/minoxidil combo - While the Norwood reaper hadn't kicked in my door, it started to knock on it. Any thinning just filled back in after four months. I've not had a single side effect outside my beard growing faster and thicker which is annoying because I like being relatively clean shaven. I'd also add low dose (5 mg) cialis daily for cardiovascular benefits. The other benefits I don't need (see item #1)
