@davegerhardt @mikektatum @taboola @davegerhardt As for a big budget fail, it'd have to be the YouTube homepage banner for a day in Germany. A month's work to do an elaborate banner, many thousands of euritos, and a smattering of sales as a result, and no lasting uplift. Fun project though—our first "big time".

@davegerhardt @mikektatum @taboola Daily publisher-level bid adjustments and exclusions are critical to make it work—and great content, of course. If you get it working, it can put boosters behind your business. I've run over 10 mil visits/month from Outbrain/Taboola with 500k+ leads+ huge organic uplift.
