@jan_murray Janet, are you not tired? It’s very obvious you’re not going to get anything out of scope, no matter how much you cry victim. I’m sure you have far better things to do than hound a disability charity who was very much within their rights to ask you not to represent them.

Unbelievably ... Scope is still scoping 🙄 The disability charity is now explicitly naming me in complaint responses and stating that: “The manner in which Janet Murray had expressed her gender critical beliefs … was considered to be inappropriate.” Apparently the “manner” in which I expressed my beliefs is also: “inconsistent with how anyone who might be associated with Scope should communicate their beliefs.” So naturally I’m now wondering whether Scope has an approved style guide for expressing gender critical beliefs. Despite repeatedly characterising my language as “inappropriate”, Scope still hasn’t actually identified what I supposedly said that was so unacceptable. So I can only presume you're allowed to say you believe biological sex is real. You just can’t make factual statements like: - A man cannot become a woman - Saying you’re a woman doesn’t make you one - Men should not access single-sex spaces for women and girls - regardless of how they “identify” - Males have no place in female sporting categories - nor should they be eligible for women’s awards At this point, I do feel personally targeted. Particularly as Scope could simply have issued a neutral statement acknowledging that the situation could have been handled better. Instead, it continues to publicly single me out and imply that expressing mainstream, lawful gender critical beliefs is somehow unacceptable for anyone associated with the charity. And that the way I am doing so is “inappropriate” - despite providing no evidence to substantiate that claim.
