Might be overly simplistic but Eng vs NZ depends on who dominates up front. If Ford is going backwards and having to make (and miss) tackles, NZ will walk it. If Eng, like in 2019 RWC, dominate up front, then Ford can play his game on the front foot & Eng end NZ grand slam!

Starting on Saturday: - Guy Pepper In this squad: - Tom Curry (recovering from injury) - Chandler Cunningham-South (potentially not fully fit?) - Jack Kenningham Injured: - Ted Hill - Emeka Ilione - Ben Curry (I think he played 6 in the Summer) Other options: - Alex Coles - Henry Pollock - Ollie Chessum (wouldn’t be surprised to see him there if George Martin was available at tighthead lock). - Ethan Roots (has been capped. Superb form this season) Have I missed anyone realistic? I guess what I’m trying to work out… is Pepper now second in line to Curry? Or is this a temporary selection given those unavailable?
