Breitbart News@BreitbartNews

Mike Pence: "I think Republicans ought to do a lot of soul-searching" before 2028 "I think Republicans face a new time of choosing — whether we're going to stay on the path of the traditional conservative principles that have always defined our party for the last half century, or whether we're going to follow the siren song of populism" "We've always been a party committed to low taxes, including low tariffs and free trade. Now, as we witnessed, the president imposed unilateral tariffs on friend and foe alike until the Supreme Court stepped in and used the Constitution to turn him back." "I know Donald Trump better than his most ardent defenders know him. Okay? And he is not ideological. In fact, he often bristled when I would refer to policies as conservative. He would, with a wave of a hand, say to me, 'That's just common sense.' But now, as you see the stops and starts on our support for Ukraine under this administration, nationalizing American businesses, unilateral tariffs, price controls on everything from pharmaceuticals to credit cards, all of this should should create a backdrop for a very healthy debate over whether we're going to stay moving in the direction, on these issues, that President Trump has led our party, or whether we're going to re-ground ourselves back to those timeless conservative principles, I think, that have always made not only our party successful but, more importantly, have made America strong and prosperous and free."

Trump promised to bring prices down. Prices under his policies are up. Inflation is 3.8 now. It was 3.0 when he started. His betrayal of his base in launching a war in Iran has been an absolute disaster.

🚨 BREAKING: John Thune STILL has not committed to using a standing filibuster instead of a zombie filibuster to pass the SAVE America Act, per Sen. Lee If Thune can’t even get a bill with 80% support through, he needs to RESIGN This is RIDICULOUS.

Just a friendly reminder that it was Bill Barr’s literal job to arrest the Russia hoax conspirators on day one, but instead he protected them. Then he pretended the 2020 election was perfectly fine and ordered U.S. Attorneys to stand down instead of aggressively investigating the allegations. He played gatekeeper for the entire corrupt system.

@McFaul Believing actual Ukrainians are getting anything from this other than a continued war and those at the top getting richer. Not to mention kickbacks to the gov. officials voting for those funds.

Just shameful that the US is not sharing the burden in the greatest fight for freedom of our lifetimes. Canada is now a more consequential leader of the free world than the US. Hope this changes in the future.

Today, we announced $270 million of new military support to Ukraine. Ukraine’s fight is our fight. Their cause — freedom, democracy, sovereignty — is our cause. Good to see President @ZelenskyyUa today in Yerevan. 🇨🇦🇺🇦

@C_3C_3 Just have the vote and let the voters see which members in congress are fine with illegals voting and who refuse to secure elections. Then we all know who to vote out on both sides. It is far from a dem vs repub problem. It is congress vs the people.

🚨 THIS IS 100% THE TRUTH Florida CFO: "The easiest way to get rid of sanctuary policies?! Maybe we should start charging the POLITICIANS with crimes that vote for the sanctuary policies, and make THEM ACCESSORIES to whatever crimes are committed by illegal immigrants in those jurisdictions!" "Because to me, they are absolutely COMPLICIT in the crime, because it never should have happened in the first place, but FOR those sanctuary policies, but FOR some politician voting, thinking that that's OK!" — @GovGoneWild Americans are done with sanctuary traitors! 🇺🇸 Make it happen!

@CEP1985Noles @RandPaul Removing Iran's ability to control the Straight of Hormuz will keep oil prices more steady allowing energy cost to come down. Trump is doing his part by bringing in tarrif income and bringing manufacturing back. The problem is corrupt congress giving handouts to their handlers.
