@SJM18T I think so, sounds like the Diversity Antenna is playing up and it needs a steering angle sensor but even with buying those parts it’s a bit of a bargain I’d say.

The N52 i6 3.0 Petrol from BMW, those who've owned one, what were they like to live with? I know they are meant to be very reliable engines but I have only had a couple 3.0d's, a 4.8 V8 and the mad 6.6 V12 in BMW form. I need to get a new car this week and have found/speaking to the owner of a last of line 'Bangle Butt' E66 BMW 730Li SE in an outrageous spec level & the same owner for the last 12 years. It is £760.00 per year to tax but that is easily offset by the amount I will save driving around the ULEZ zones throughout the year due to it being ULEZ compliant. @who2stu @JimNotBob That’s why I’ve stayed with bemoto, every year has been a decrease in policy cost apart from one where everyone seemed to get hammered.
Been with them 6 years now and won’t be changing anytime soon unless something drastically changes.
Certainly worth a phone call when renewing.

@Edjking1988 @JimNotBob Ducati insurance, which I think is now under Adrian Flux. I've had it a few times where a company will suck you in with a good (new customer) deal then bump up the price for no reason! As I said whether I own 2 bikes or 50, I can only ride one! Shouldn't make a big difference 🙄

Now with bemoto and have to say they have been excellent even with a multi bike policy.
A little more expensive then others but the service makes it worth it

@Edjking1988 @JimNotBob I'm 55, got full NCB on the Multistrada V4s, asked my insurance company if they could add the Gixxer 1000 as a second bike (multi policy) still wouldn't carry any NCB over to other bike, & wanted £2800! Told them to do one! 🤡😡

@JimNotBob Speed cameras. It's difficult to ride a fast bike under the limit all the time, you're only 1 throttle twist from losing your license.

The system wasn’t abused as much 20 years ago as the cost of motoring wasn’t as ridiculous as now. The same thing used to happen with tax discs

Urgent action required @metpoliceuk. My vehicle registration has been cloned and is currently being used on a BMW SUV that is not mine.
This is a serious issue. I could be wrongly held responsible for crimes or offences committed by whoever is using these fake plates, as the Met Police is looking for any reason to arrest me, as done previously.
I request urgent investigation and action before this situation escalates.

Having government issued plates based on how incompetent and slow the dvla is would crucify the auto trade.

@kingkapoor72 @metpoliceuk This is an endemic problem now along with plates being misrepresented, tinted, illegal fonts and spacing, made ANPR proof etc so we need to move to Govt issued plates like many other countries do such as Poland and Australia. You get them from the Govt office and that's that
