Didn’t your family flee Lebanon and done to Canada as refugees due to the exact “open immigration policies” that you are complaining about? You were offered asylum, given citizenship, a world class education. You made your millions because of the opportunities Canada gave you, the so called exit tax is just the capital gain tax on the things you need to sell, everyone has to pay that a certain point.

I decide to leave Quebec/Canada because: 1) the taxation system is astounding, rendering it nearly impossible to accumulate enough money to truly retire 2) the government's open immigration policies have made it unsafe for my family to remain here (due to the exponential increase in Jew-hatred). Today I found out that I shall have to pay a departure tax for exercising my right to leave, and the money that will be taken from me (because the obscene amount of taxes that I've already paid in full is not enough) will be given to new incoming immigrants who hate Jews. My taxes funded my forced exit and will fund the harassment of any remaining Jews in Canada. It would take me 10+ more years of work to save the amount that is likely to be taken via the departure tax. Is this moral? Ethical? Just? In any case, off to bed. Tomorrow is a new day.

@LaniusLemur @NotGodLikeYet @thebeiron @icebagz_ Most of my family members are doctors and healthcare workers, I think I have a pretty good grasp on things. Yes we have long wait times, yes things can and should improve but let’s not pretend Canada doesn’t have some of the best hospitals

@kpac_15 @thebeiron @icebagz_ Yeah I’m in the top 2% of the tax payers in Canada, it does suck that our money isn’t being used as efficiently as it should. We live in a democracy, you have the power to change things, get in politics and help fix things

We’ve got great hospitals with decent equipment. Problem is that Canada is now overrun and the infrastructure can’t keep up. THAT’S the biggest difference. In Canada I was waiting walls for appointments for tests to lead up to my surgery. Came to America, had all the tests done and was on the table getting surgery within 10 days. Was told a minimum of 6 months - if the stars aligned perfectly and no one else of more immediate requirement came in front of me - in Canada. That a matter of life and death in many cases! Or, at the very least, far less further damage.

@Ben_Flyingboy @thebeiron @icebagz_ Why wouldn’t it? 8x the populations, 8x or more the tax revenue considering the US is much richer. It may not be the answer for the US, but I think with all its flaws it’s worked great here

@EdrisJebran @thebeiron @icebagz_ Ok but how does that system work in a country with roughly 8x the population? I've understood how it can work well in a place like Canada but never here

I hope the surgery went well, the US does indeed have some of the best hospitals in the world, there’s no questions about it, but so do we. Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver have world class facilities and hospitals available to every single Canadian, no one checks your insurance or your bank balance before admitting you. With that being said, yes things can and should improve further

As someone who is from Canada, had to get a major surgery done, and chose to get it done in the US, there’s absolutely no question - not even close, I would rather have it done in the US. Due to less taxes, with insurance it’s still cheaper than living in Canada. The healthcare here is a MILLION times better! And, for those who can’t afford insurance, you should still be thanking your lucky stars they were born in the US, as it’s far better to be bankrupt and living than dead and debt free! The ONLY ones arguing against this have never lived in both places…they are ignorantly arguing like they know - they don’t.

@Ben_Flyingboy @thebeiron @icebagz_ Well if you get a stole or heart attack, you’ll be in debt for the rest of your life. Insurance companies are already ripping Americans off, and so are hospitals. Universal healthcare is generally a good thing for a society to have

@2A9776 @RepliesAreFree @thebeiron @icebagz_ I mean I like the US, it’s a great place, I’m just saying Canada has universal healthcare and nice roads and is an awesome place to live. They can both be great and both have flaws that should be addressed

@RepliesAreFree @EdrisJebran @thebeiron @icebagz_ Canada has the same population as California. The stats coming out of the US are routinely bullshit. If a janitor blows his brains out on a weekend it counts. Compare canada to California, disregard gang "teen" relates shootings, and the number isn't too different at all.

Hahaha! You’re either a bot, or you’ve never been to Canada - or perhaps never been outside Canada? The roads are horrible! Far worse than the US. The healthcare is an absolute joke - a million times worse than the US. No shootings isn’t even true, as only the criminals have guns in Canada. At least you were right about the last part.

@thebeiron @icebagz_ Universal healthcare, nice roads, good public transport and no school shootings, with that being said cost of living is higher and taxes are way higher than the US

An Albanian immigrant to Canada predicts that Canada is heading towards a civil war due to the way the our government favours immigrants and refugees who have become tribal, and treats heritage Canadians like trash, even the veterans who fought for this country. While he's absolutely wrong about our largest trading partner, the US, he's right about everything else! The Government of Canada treats us like mere tax slaves while trying to disarm and silence us into submission.
