@AanuAanu634905 Ladies do the same to guys, and I realised it is a subtle way of finding out if the person is in a relationship. You should have told him you have no boyfriend and that probably would've been the beginning of you guys dating.

I once had a crush on a guy who used to act like we were already dating in my head. Anytime I saw him, he would smile small, greet me softly, then sometimes even wait a little like he wanted to say something more. So I started building confidence slowly. One day, I finally decided, “Today, I will talk to him properly.” I dressed well, rehearsed what I would say, even told myself “just be calm.” I saw him in the evening and walked up with all the courage I had saved for days. Before I could speak, he said, “Ah, I’ve been seeing you. You’ve been avoiding me abi?” I laughed small and said, “No o, I’ve just been around.” He nodded, then added, “Okay… hope your boyfriend is not complaining?” That was where my confidence quietly left the chat. Because I didn’t even know I had entered a relationship I didn’t agree to.

I remember a foolish ex friend who claimed I spoke Ibibio too much… And she’s even from Akwaibom oo😂😂, mkpo ke low self esteem.. I told her YES, Capital lettered.. Ibibio is my root, my heritage, my identity.. Right from Age 3 i understood ibibio, ‘cus my mom ensured I knew how to. Even while living in Lagos. I could read the Edisana Nwed ke iko Efik so fluently at age 13. Have you seen the way people look at us in awe when we speak ibibio? It’s such a magnificent language. If i had my way, i would be typing only in Ibibio Ubuakusen ye ndubi.

The word that is translated "it is finished" is TETELESTAI that's what Jesus uttered. It has a BUSINESS meaning: The terms of a contract have been fully met. A contract that had been completely fullfilled was stamped Tetelestai. it has a JUDICIAL meaning: The sentence/judgment passed down has been fully served It has a MILITARY meaning: the enemy has been utterly vanquished. So when Jesus uttered Tetelestai / It is finished! he was saying that the demands on us under previous covenants have been fully met. That the sentence & judgment passed on us has been fully served and that Satan as been utterly vanquished, the war won. Brother - At that moment the sentence and judgment we were under was completely fulfilled and we were/are set free! TETELESTAI !!

When I was Muslim, I compared Muhammad’s last words to Jesus’ last words. Not just the facts, but the spirit behind them. And bro, the difference is staggering. It shook my devout Muslim faith. According to Sahih al-Bukhari, Muhammad’s final words included: “May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians. They made the graves of their prophets into places of worship.” Those are words associated with his final moments. No forgiveness. No reconciliation. No peace. Now compare that to Jesus. Beaten, betrayed, tortured, hanging on a cross with nails through His wrists, Jesus says: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And then: “It is finished.” One dies speaking curses. The other dies extending forgiveness. One ends by drawing lines and reinforcing division. The other tears the veil and reconciles heaven and earth. And whether people like it or not, final words reveal something deeply personal about the heart. That contrast shook me. Because one man’s final moments reinforced separation, while the other’s changed eternity through mercy, sacrifice, and love. Please sit with that honestly.

@ojfancyTv @Olami_deeEbony Understand this, when a man is after you in this manner, he is THIRSTY & FAMISHED for a life partner. Playing with his heart means you, the lady, don't like him, and if he sees another who cares enough to RESPOND positively he will IMMEDIATELY switch. All or most men.

That guy wasn’t genuine, if he could engage another girl so quick it means he had been cheating since their talking stage, he only did those things for her cause he had enough money to go round not cause he actually cared, she didn’t mention where he did something for her that money couldn’t buy. But asides that I feel helping him with his dress sense was something she could have equally contributed to his life, and the excuse of not marrying someone cause of their height is now becoming extinct. Ladies we need to do better!

There’s this guy that likes my cousin. Bro has been chasing her for over a year now, and I’m not even exaggerating when I say the guy is serious serious. He sends her lunch at work every day. He even paid her rent earlier this year. At some point, we all started begging her to just give him a chance because from everything we can see, the guy genuinely likes her. But my cousin refused. Her reason was that she’s a bit taller than him and, according to her, he doesn’t know how to dress well. Yesterday was her birthday, and she was lowkey expecting him to shut down Lagos for her. Omo, uncle posted engagement pictures on his status. He proposed to someone else 😭 Now my cousin has been crying since morning, saying she’s starting to develop feelings for him and that he should have tried harder. Women, our wahala is too much. 😂

A born again Christian who becomes a Muslim is STILL SAVED. He is just God’s son who lost His mind. You may forget your owner, your owner knows you. This is not the first time people denounce their parents yet their children look like the Parents they denounced. DNA is not a mental construct. Just because you removed your surname doesn’t mean you have removed your father’s gene. The prodigal son remained a son even in his sins. Yes, he wasn’t enjoying all the realities of sonship because his mind was corrupted and actions were corrupted but he was always a son! Nothing changed about his sonship! “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 KJV We have been BOUGHT WITH A PRICE! We are not our own! We may act like we own ourselves but in God’s mind, we are His! He bought us! These are spiritual realities, not mental issues. If you have a friend who was on fire for God and later became an atheist, don’t assume he or she is lost, he or she may be lost mentally but the seed of God remains in him or her spiritually! Your responsibility should be to keep reminding him or her of true identity! “being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” 1 Peter 1:23 KJV SALVATION IS FOREVER!!

There was a season in my life when I was deeply persuaded by what is popularly called “Hyper-Grace” teaching. During my service year in NCCF, I lived in the family house with other brethren. Our pastor(president) at the time strongly taught doctrines that emphasized grace in ways I had never heard before. Since I came from a different spiritual background, the teachings sounded fresh, deep, and intellectually convincing. And to be honest, many of the things he taught appeared to have scriptural backing. I believed them wholeheartedly. Over time, I became fully persuaded that we had discovered “the real truth” others were missing. After service, I returned home passionately defending and teaching those doctrines to family members. I taught things like: - “Once you are saved, you can never be lost.” Whenever my elder brother tried correcting me with Scripture, I argued strongly and dismissed his concerns. I was convinced I was defending grace, when in reality, pride had quietly entered my heart. But God, in His mercy, intervened. One night, I had a dream. In the dream, I went to fetch water from a deep well. (This alone was unusual because I don’t fetch water from a well physically). I fetched the water and poured it into a clean white paint bucket I had carefully washed. Then I carried the water elsewhere because I intended to fetch more. When I returned and opened the bucket again, I suddenly noticed particles floating inside the water. I became disturbed in the dream and kept asking: “How did particles enter this water? I washed this bucket thoroughly. I even covered it.” Then I woke up. Unlike some dreams, this one troubled me deeply. I knew God was saying something, but I did not yet understand what it meant. I began to pray and seek understanding from God. Then the Lord spoke clearly to my heart: “Your doctrine has been infiltrated.” That sentence broke me. I began to cry before God for mercy. What shook me was not merely the realization that I had been wrong, but that I had confidently taught error while sincerely believing I was defending truth. I realized it is possible to love God sincerely and still become imbalanced doctrinally if we do not submit every teaching to the full counsel of Scripture. God began to teach me afresh. I learned that: -Grace does not cancel holiness (Hebrews 12:14). -Grace is not permission to continue in sin (Romans 6:1–2). -Believers are still called to obedience, perseverance, and the fear of the Lord (Philippians 2:12; John 14:15). -The same apostles who preached grace also warned believers against living after the flesh (Romans 8:13; Galatians 6:7–8). Scripture says: “Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid.” (Romans 6:1–2) “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14) “If ye live after the flesh, ye shall die.” (Romans 8:13) The issue with many modern grace teachings is not that they preach grace. Grace is central to Christianity. We are saved entirely by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. The problem comes when grace is isolated from repentance, holiness, perseverance, obedience, reverence, discipline, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit. The apostles never separated these truths. One thing I now understand is that doctrinal deception rarely comes as total falsehood. Most times, error comes mixed with truth. Just like the particles in the water, contamination can enter what initially appears clean. That dream remains one of the greatest mercies God has ever shown me. Today, whenever I engage people trapped in doctrinal extremes, I try to remember my own story. Many of them are not evil people. Many genuinely love Jesus. Many sincerely believe they are defending truth, just as I once did. That is why arguments alone are often not enough. People need sound teaching, patient correction, humility, and the convicting work of the Holy Spirit. May God preserve His Church.

🚨 Not Breaking: I did not read 24,000 lines of X algorithm code on GitHub in an hour because I am not full of sh*t like the people who said they did. They asked Grok to summarize it and some just made stuff up. Here’s what I know: 1. If you post more than 9 times a day, the algorithm makes your 10th post fight a raccoon behind a gas station for distribution. 2. Original content is rewarded, but only after being briefly drowned in a bucket to see if it floats. 3. The algorithm can tell when you opened the app just to check your own likes, and it lowers your reach out of disgust. 4. If your post does well too quickly, the system assumes witchcraft. 5. If you say “I might delete this,” the algorithm immediately knows you won’t. 6. The algorithm can detect when you care too much and will punish you accordingly. 7. If you post a banger after midnight, it gets shown exclusively to Australians, and a divorced man in Ohio. 8. If you say “this needs to be studied,” the algorithm sends your post to people who have never studied anything. 9. If you ask people to repost, the algorithm treats you like a man holding a clipboard outside a grocery store. 10. If you post while calm and reasonable, it assumes your account has been hacked. 11. If your post is doing well, the system checks whether you are enjoying yourself. If yes, it fixes that. At press time, the algorithm had reportedly changed again because one guy in Nebraska refreshed the app too aggressively. My verdict: post like a normal person, pray like a medieval peasant, and never trust anyone who says they “figured out the algorithm.”

The Mechanical Engineering final year students of IMO State University were hosting a graduation party. At some point the generator developed fault. None of the students had a clue on how to fix it. They all had to start searching for an artisan to fix it. They eventually found someone that came and fixed it. The quality of the graduates in most of our state universities and in some federal universities are unemployable. A university where students have to sort their way out without learning anything meaningful. I call many of them, illiterate graduates.

My wife's father died yesterday morning I found her sobbing on the kitchen floor "Papa is gone, papa is gone" she was crying I hugged her and told her I will take care of everything I called the funeral home and put it on speaker "What is the price for your service?" I asked "Total comes to €3,350, excluding VAT" I felt a shiver down my spine "Excluding?" I screamed "You are in violation of EU consumer pricing directives" I said and hung up I dialed the EU consumer protection hotline right away "Baby please, I want to see him" my wife was getting annoying "Be quiet, I'm on the phone" I said I was placed on hold to a lovely German disco music I closed my eyes and nodded to the beat Fifty minutes later an agent picked up and I filed the complaint I felt so great, I could not stop smiling In Europe, the consumer always comes first
