@USC when you're spending over $400 a night to stay at the hotel you expect things like the TV and room phone to work. You don't expect to walk down to the front desk in your pyjamas to order breakfast because nobody answers the phones (calling from mobile). Disappointing!

This is a great intro to Hubris and Humility! @jrozner asked really good questions, and @mxshift did a terrific job explaining our various different design decisions. Selfishly, it was also fun for me to watch minds get a little blown when seeing what Humility can do...

To what degree are those values embodied in the implementation vs a function of the individuals that happen to be participating?
