Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism. An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers. The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.   This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats.  This is an evolving situation, and we will give the public more information as soon as it becomes available.

Elon Musk lies about everything. The fact is that Tesla sales are *declining* YOY—which is rough when your stock is trading at 300x earnings. If you put TSLA on par with other automakers, it’s a $20 stock—not $450. The other 95% is science fiction. Save America. Short TSLA.

The universal reply, “ $TSLA is not a car company” to my negative $TSLA post yesterday has emboldened my confidence in the bear case. Fact: 86% of sales are from autos. Significant revenues (if any) from robotaxis and robots are YEARS away. The $TSLA bulls are chasing narrative instead of following fundamentals. I doubled my position again this morning at a price of $481. My average cost is now $473. $1.6T market cap, 16x revenues, $50 SOTP, 300x earnings for an auto company with collapsing sales and earnings. The potential IPO of Waymo implies a valuation of a mere $30 per share for robotaxis. The coming crash in $TSLA will produce the largest destruction of market capitalization in history IMHO. They think because the tax they pay is a big number, that they don’t have to pay 15%-40% like the majority of the world. The rich can avoid tax legally. Billionaires shouldn’t have to pay more tax than we do, they should pay the same percentage…… they should pay what’s fair.

It should send a shiver down the spine of every patriotic American that the president and secretary of defense would abuse their power to come after me or anyone this way. It wasn’t enough for Donald Trump to say I should be hanged. It wasn’t enough for Pete Hegseth to threaten me with a court martial. Now they are threatening everything I fought and served for across twenty-five years in the U.S. Navy– all because I repeated something every service member is taught. The United States has the most professional military in the world – I trust their integrity. What I don’t trust is Pete Hegseth, a recklessly unqualified secretary of defense who has already shown he will corrupt any process to make an example out of me and send a message to every veteran and every American that they shouldn’t speak out. If Trump and Hegseth think this will stop me from doing what I’ve done every day of my adult life – fighting for this country – then they’ve got the wrong guy. Tomorrow, and the next day, I will keep doing my job representing Arizona.
