If you actually want to understand and don’t simply want to farm engagement.. Start by looking up Andreas Antonopolous and Jameson Lopp and digest their (excellent, and easy to understand) content Either way, !remindmeofthis in 10 years 🤷

Many people can, you seem to have a closed mind / refuse to do the requisite research though (and want people to spoon feed you responses for engagement and turn down a respectful long form discussion/debate). @dcinvestor 100% agree, when you look at average spent per capita on healthcare (depending on country I think it was between 0.5-1.2k per month) it becomes so dumb that individuals (or govts with free healthcare) are not willing to pay +200-300 per month on fitness...

the best way to look at fitness expenses (gym membership, yoga classes, time spent working out, etc.) is a reduction in future medical expenses

@osf_rekt Can send some examples of meals I eat, but basically breakfast big bowl with protein powder, cacao, nuts, fruits, etc. And then lunch/dinner always include tofu/seitan and/or beans/lentils and things like that. I exercise/lift 2-3 hrs a day and never had an issue with protein!

@0xfoobar Seriously... at least try to understand what velocity of money is before speaking nonsense... Once you learn about what it truly means then you may realize that fractional reserve banking is what actually allows a high velocity of money

@dcinvestor Agree, been doing this since I was 20yo and it's the best way imo. Just update a personal balance sheet once a month (or even every 2-3 months) and you're good

one of the subtle changes i made as a long-term investor is i stopped using portfolio tracking apps i only need to look at aggregate portfolio value say once a month or even less. studying it every day is noise otherwise, i just monitor individual asset prices in TradingView

Last night my entire digital livelihood was violated. Every account connected to me both personally and professionally was hacked and used to hurt others. Less importantly, I lost a life changing amount of my net worth

It really does seem like there is a high correlation between people willing to do the paperwork to get on a Forbes 30 under 30 list and those willing to commit some form of fraud unfortunately.
