@LNER been stuck at Doncaster on a train for an hour and now the service has just started moving again, we’ve been told the train is terminating at Peterborough rather than Kings X! If we’d known that before we left Doncaster we would have gotten off. Full refund expected!

Wondering how @AmazonUK can say that delivery was attempted at a specific time when nobody came to the door that we were standing at for 10 minutes…? No way to complain in app either. Fed up of paying for Prime when my parcels keep arriving late or not at all.

@pauldevenish @TfL Yep. After two cancelled trains, I waited for 25 minutes at a heaving HC for a train to go to Hi&I only to be told the next train wouldn’t be calling at any useful stops. I’m now going to be an hour and a half late for work. It’s going on 48+ hrs now. Unacceptable.

@TfL Today's London Overground service is unacceptable. We can't help a derailment but dumping passengers at an already Hackney Central with the next service being Willesden Junction is unacceptable. It should at least be Highbury & Islington. #londonoverground
