That's what happened on Jan6, the violent breakin of the Capitol stopped the counting of Electoral Votes. So we are in agreement now, Jan6 was an insurrection? By the President's own definition????

I need to update this with some new interventions, but the message will be the same. Other than CR, nothing is better than rapamycin for longevity (in mice) and nothing comes close to CR. Saylor's response to quantum is: "it's a protocol and it will be upgraded". That's fine, but MSTR owns 2.7% of the entire supply, BlackRock holds 3.1% of the entire supply. Between the two of them, over 100 Billion dollars. Time to fund the protocol upgrade. Establish a non-profit to study and propose solutions. I'll contribute 10K. I would expect a 1000x contribution from these two. With 10 Million we can solve quantum.

@leebrill @DrNadolsky Rest for a couple of minutes and repeat. It won’t take long and you’ll be able to do 1 unassisted pull-up. Then, you do 1 pull-up, and the rest of the sets with the stool. Work up to 2 pull-ups, etc. You’ll get there.

@leebrill @DrNadolsky When I got back into pull-ups, I found that dead hanging was useful at first. Then, grab a chair or stool, and start in the “up” position of the pull-up, and try to hang, then slow your descent to the ground. Then, back on the stool and repeat, until you’re descending rapidly.

One of my patients lost 100 pounds and got a lot stronger at the same time and now can do unassisted pull-ups for the first time. Quite the accomplishment.
