@MPCArchivist @reggmercer Meanwhile your point will only be valid in the extremely farfetched scenario where a religious Jew gains entry into a catholic school under the guise of an ethnic discrimination suit.

@EliSchecter @reggmercer Your counterpoint will only be valid as a point. When D'Israeli shows up in America building Jewish housing and suing White separatists in BFE, Arkansas I will concede. You have my word as an Anglo (which carries a lot more weight than some other groups we know). Ping me when.

Schrodinger's Jew actually has a carve out in US housing law. Your private housing assoc. cannot discriminate against Jews because they are a race. Their private housing assoc. can discriminate against you because they are a religion.

🇺🇸 A Jewish woman is suing a Whites-only community in Arkansas for discrimination. Michelle Walker accused "Return to the Land" of denying her the right to purchase land "based on her religion, ancestry, and the race of her family members." However, Walker did admit she had no intention of living there, stating, "a good investment is a good investment." Follow: @europa

@d_stan126 @ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa Nobody is more rules based than Hasidic Jews. From morning to night their lives are completely dominated by religious customs, obligations and rituals. The loopholes you mention are often religious necessities for modern life, like eruv.

@EliSchecter @ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa The point is that Jews are the master of the loop hole, it is the core tenant of their religion. Their God made laws and the have an entire book on how to work around them. They create them when they are in power. The Anglo-Saxon is more rules based and places value in them.

@DarthIncelius @MPCArchivist Dumb hypo. All that matters is it’s technically possible and if refused sale of property there you would have a viable lawsuit. But in reality nobody not Hasidic wants to live there. So it’s a moot point

@MarioNawfal Why? He’s electoral poison. Every candidate he endorses is clobbered. Tucker and his increasingly waning popularity is not a threat to the establishment, no matter his ratings in Pakistan.

@MPCArchivist @reggmercer I am surprised by your stance since I’m certain you don’t practice reciprocity. You personally would toggle back and forth on both definitions. Unless I’m wrong and you absolutely consider Benjamin Disraeli an Anglican.

@EliSchecter @reggmercer My preference is total freedom of association. The FHA didn't give Jews both sides. A SC decision did. In the ancient Anglo sacrament of reciprocity, you get one side. You don't get to toggle back and forth depending on whether you are the plaintiff or defendant.

@MPCArchivist @reggmercer Okay. Insults aside do you dispute Judaism is either a religion or ethnicity? If not, what is your objection to the FHA recognizing this fact? Are Jews the unfair beneficiaries of reality?

@MPCArchivist @reggmercer As for your previous question, should a catholic school be allowed to discriminate against religious Jews (qua), absolutely. But this is a farfetched hypothetical. It would never happen. Discrimination would, in reality, only occur on ethnic grounds.

@EliSchecter @reggmercer How did I know you were going to sidestep the question? Unfamiliar with "qua"? Now just for the audience, should a Jewish religious school or non-commercial housing be allowed to admit atheist Jews while prohibiting non-Jews?

@ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa White people could also technically create the “in effect” community without explicit discrimination too. They can create a school curriculum unfriendly to outsiders, fly confederate flags on their property and adopt a lifestyle few outside would want to voluntarily join.

@EliSchecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa The injustice of the lawsuit, in the Europa post above, is suing a White community for wanting to be ethnically exclusive. The argument is clear here, there is a rank hypocrisy in policy and law that allows Kiryas Joel in effect but not RTTL.

@ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa You are comparing two completely different things. The white community you mention is explicitly discriminating on the basis of race. While the Hasidic community merely has “the effect” of discrimination because people voluntarily don’t want to live with them.

@MPCArchivist @reggmercer On the basis of religion, absolutely. But if a Jew converts to the Church of Latter Day Saints for example they should not be prohibited from joining a Mormon retirement home.

@ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa The “in effect” you mention is characteristic of every insular hyper-religious community like the Amish or FLDS. As long as you concede Jews are bound by the same rules as everyone else I’m not sure why you’re upset about these tiny Hasidic communities where nobody wants to live

@EliSchecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa No, legally they are not 'allowed' to. But they do in effect by community refusal to integrate other communities. Historically there were cases such as Jones v. Alfred H. Mayer Co. (1968), which were and are used to undermine White ethnic communities.

@ZogRespecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa Jews are also not allowed to discriminate. In effect, I’ll admit that Hasidic communities are segregated but only because nobody wants to live there. They cannot refuse sale of property or attendance of their schools on the basis of religion. The rules apply to everyone

@MPCArchivist @reggmercer Do you dispute that Jews are an ethno-religion? Would you, for instance, jump to the defense of Disraeli if he was described as a Jew since he was baptized into the Anglican Church? If not, why would you expect the FHA to define Jews any differently?

@EliSchecter @reggmercer Your responses have been non-responsive and you haven't made an argument at all. Hell, you're too stupid to even grasp an is/ought dichotomy. I'm from the highest IQ ethnoreligious group in America, Anglican, so you'll have to do better.

@EliSchecter @AllOutOfDuckz @europa Private religious schools operated by the Satmar Hasidic community teach in Yiddish. English is a secondary language at best. The local government is captured by the organised jewish community to this end and acts to an ethnocentric end.
