@shadcn You should be able to have both the editor and agents window open at the same time... unless they broke that again. The work around last time they broke it was to have something running in cursors terminal in editor mode before opening the agents window

I really need Cursor to be two apps. Editor and Agent. (Is there a workaround? a cli arg or something that I can use to create a custom launcher)

Interesting to see what the Cursor design team can do given a clean start. Cursor 3 looks and works well. (I do wish it was two separate apps though. Cursor Code and Cursor Agents. I need both)

Bernie did what a primary loser is supposed to do and endorsed Clinton, despite discontent from his supporters! To get mad at him is to get mad at the very concept of US primaries, one of the most unique aspects of its democracy (and the thing making the 2PS almost work)

Did the primary weaken Clinton? Yeah Was her being such a vulnerable and weak candidate by 2016 the reason the primary against a total unknown calling himself a socialist was ever competitive and dragged on for so long? Even more so!

So did the engine team get let go, or not? It's frustrating how much noise there is vs. signal on this sort of story. As I said on @thestanduppod, it's really hard to form an opinion on this stuff when all you get is vague and/or conflicting reports.

Real interview question is how to move away from design A before you run out of integers. Serial4 exhausts at ~2.1B, moving a pk to uuid means regenerating an index and if you don't know how to index stuff correctly you’ll blow the db. Also you cannot backfill with a migration - you’ll blow the db again. Even when you backfill, how do you ensure non-nullish values without running an unique query? Mid-level eng question imho

PC has been crashing a few times a week as well since Midnight launched. If you’ve watched my stream you’ll know sometimes my PC just crashes. I think I’m going to have to buy a new CPU, but even then I’m not 100% sure it’s actually the CPU. Been a brutal couple of months.
