Enfin, cette saga est terminée et nous pouvons maintenant passer à autre chose. C’est aussi pour cette raison que je ne pouvais pas parler publiquement de la situation avant aujourd’hui : rien n’était complètement réglé. Dans la vie, on fait parfois de mauvaises transactions… et celle-ci en est une. Par contre, cette expérience nous aura appris énormément, surtout sur les erreurs à ne plus répéter. Vous connaissez déjà une partie de l’histoire avec les anciens propriétaires, mais de notre côté, la transaction entourant l’acquisition de Triani a été extrêmement complexe dès le départ. Cette période est maintenant derrière nous. Prime Drink regarde vers l’avant et, comme il est mentionné dans l’article, je n’ai vendu aucune action, parce que notre vision est déjà bien définie. Elle est simplement sur pause depuis plus d’un an à cause de cette situation. Désolé pour ce délai interminable. Well no business only makes their listed nett profit That’s after all expenses and wages You would think though that if you are producing a few tonnes of meat per year as well as other things it should post more than £28k because that’s the businesses future capital expenditure if something breaks. Farm equipment costs hundreds of thousands in some instances And I’m firmly aware of all sorts of shenanigans you can do with taxes to hide money etc which again why are the incentives set up like that? No one who works in old school productive businesses wants to piss around with all this crap, they would be much happier with a simplified tax system, it’s another headache on top of actually making money They’re there for people that work in finance to hide as much as possible and all other businesses, people that arent that way inclined at all have to try and play the game a bit to try and hold on to some of theirs
