@Vitality_UK Hi - I've got my vitality app set up and connected to Caffe Nero app. Vitality apps says I've earned a reward but nothing showing in Nero app.
Nero suggested ensuring my health review is up to date but when I try on app and website, keeps timing out. Can you help?
@HelloFreshUK I found a way to contact through the website - it's resolved as best it can we but sharing feedback since DPD didn't deliver and sent through unclear photo & information about the delivery
