@virginmedia today Ive been on hold to discuss an acc for an elderly & recently widowed relative for 2hrs 26mins. After 1hr 16mins you ended the call claiming you were too busy...She has no internet access - advice would be appreciated as so far the service has been diabolical!

@BarrattHomes I have been able to log in in the past but now the “log in” page doesn’t even load. I click “log in” and it opens a new tab to your main webpage where I start again.
