@TFiglo @ThelVanDamne This right here, halo ce was my first halo. I played every single one when they launched after that. Infinite is the best MP we've seen since reach (i know h5 was also pretty good on the mp side but i just never got into it like that)

@ThelVanDamne As someone who played Halo since 2001 and still plays religiously Halo CE is my fav campaign of all time but Infinite is the best multiplayer gameplay in the series and it’s not even close.

You can easily tell who grew up on CE as their very first Halo title by the Halo takes they say on twitter versus who clearly grew up on post Halo 2 and 3. You can also tell when someone’s first game was a Halo game in the 2000’s

Xbox YouTubers want exclusives and want Xbox to act just like PlayStation….ok that means you get 1-2 games a year and the only way you can play them is pay $70. Also no more 3rd party and 1st party day 1 games in gamepass you get a $15 gamepass premium option that’s it

The Trey Lance fiasco was the crotch kick that brought the 49ers draft tactics and selection process into question. No one was branding the Lynch/Shanahan drafts as “terrible” until then. The Lance draft year (2021) wasn’t even their worst year. They took 4 solid players in that draft who ended up being highly productive starters. 2022 and 2023 were bad draft years. The team’s last THREE drafts (2024, 2025 and this year) all show genuine promise, though it’s too early to say for sure, at least for the last two. But it seems the 49ers draft room is being black-balled by analysts and fans mostly due to the Lance boondoggle and the two drafts afterward that were flops. All I’m saying is that people need to look at the entire body of work. The Lance disaster knocked the team off its axis for two years, but they’ve since recovered, and to suggest they are on a downward spiral is both deceptive and unsupported by any factual evidence.

People need to wake up. Xbox not competing is the reason for stuff like this. Its USED! can't use cost of parts to blame this on these old systems. Why not make more money if you got no real competition. Hopefully Xbox really starts turning things around soon

@BSDtakes Yea, i get it. Personally i think the trey lance trade has hindered them more than anything followed by lack luster drafts. Maybe we have better depth last year without that trade. Maybe they win the sb if theyre healthy also. We'll never know

I have a take on the latest Brandon Aiyuk info about him not answering calls from either 49ers or interested trade partners The worst kept secret in the NFL is BA will be playing for the Commanders once he is freed from the Niners but the Commanders don’t want to give anything up for him I would not be surprised at all if Washington told BA (likely through JD) to continue to ignore all calls because if any team wants to trade from him they will need to speak to him but if he’s unreachable, it makes him untradable If he’s untradable, then 49ers will either have to “Jimmy Garoppolo” him or release him

Not in the column: Pretty clear 49ers were going for a future WR1 with Stribling. He has more WR1 traits than anybody from about 20 on -- size, toughness, top speed. But he also does some things worse than guys who went later--and project as WR2/3s. They want WR1. We'll see.
