@HMRCcustomers I’ve received a letter with an access code for 15 hours free childcare for my 2 year old son but his nursery said we’re not eligible for it as we live in Wales. Was the letter sent in error?

This is really interesting. Under basically zero circumstances would I feel comfortable calling a consultant by their first name, perhaps even more so in theatre.

Our team ID board Can you spot the issue? This morning a new member wrote everyone’s first name but mine was title & surname This instantly creates a potentially steep hierarchy with new team members who might not feel able to speak up with concerns We’ve changed it now 😀

@welcomebreak power cut at the gordano services, staff had a terrible attitude to customers most of whom like myself have just paid for food that we haven’t received! £38.58 wasted, starving kids and back in traffic that we’ve been stuck in for hours 👎

@EE hi I’m no longer an EE customer but I keep receiving texts. I’ve tried to text STOP to 444 as instructed but they don’t deliver therefore, I’m still receiving text messages. Is there any way I can stop this please?
