@BrankoMilan will the economic effects of the pandemic be felt by developing nations for longer than developed ones? If so, can the efforts made by the World Bank prove to be beneficial in reducing the long term effect? Or only offsetting the short term economical shocks?

With globalization comes the unification of nations to form a strong international community. #COVID19 is a trying time for all nations, but especially those that are still developing. @WorldBank and @IMFNews 's efforts to support those in need has brought a ray of hope
United Nations@UN

#COVID19 will push 71 to 100 million people into extreme poverty in 2020. The @WorldBank aims to support vulnerable countries to increase the transparency of their debt and enable them to prevent & mitigate a debt crisis. blogs.worldbank.org/opendata/under…

How detailed is contact tracing in Vietnam? How about a minute-by-minute, store-by-store breakdown of visits to a major Saigon mall by a known case?

There are 305 tribes in the amazon forests. The Brazilian government has consistently failed to help them conserve their forests and disrespected their land treaty several times. As COVID-19 hits Brazil hard here's how the virus is impacting these groups weforum.org/agenda/2020/04…

Canada is an amazing place to call home, and its people make it even better. We’re always there for each other - in good times and bad - and we always will be. And that’s worth celebrating. Happy Canada Day, everyone! bit.ly/3giSk7o

As we slowly start opening the economy again it may be easier to implement sanitation procedures in some countries than others. It's important to be aware and uplift these communities, now that we're aware of the cascading effect of the outbreak. #EM203Robin

@Em203Sal I got to learn about constructivism, a theory where students discuss in groups to give meaning to concepts. I now understand the potential benefits of study groups and discussion boards. It's very interesting to hear everyone's stories and notice the theory play out in real life.

@Em203Sal We definitely do depend on technology quite a bit, especially now during the pandemic. It has become such a big part of us, that it is hard to imagine life without it.
