@Suziwho1 @VivJBennett And presumably if they’re dark chocolate covered they are doubly good? And therefore I can eat twice as many?!
English

@VivJBennett #WeEatWell25 Oooooohhhhh that looks scrumptious....xxxx
Viv please tell your friend that of course the sugared almonds count as nuts...xxxx #Christmastreat 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 same as chocolate brazils 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🍫
English

Dinner tonight roasted veg nut crumble. Travelling so won’t be able to post finished version but picture pre baked is attached #WeEatWell25 Also asking for a friend do sugared almonds count as nuts 😜 #Christmastreat!

English

@4AdsthePoet Every morning I have mixed flaxseeds, Brazil nuts, and walnuts on my yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. I really miss it if I run out. Usually it’s with blueberries (extra acanthocyanins!) but today it was home grown rhubarb from the freezer

@4AdsthePoet My #OptionalExtraChallenge tomatoes lunch is a memory from 50 years ago the blackouts & 3 day weeks in the70s..xx My enterprising Mum would light gas hobs with a match & still manage to cook a basic meal my favourite was tinned tomatoes on thick cut white bread by candle light 🕯

As today’s is the last #WeEatWell25 Tomato #OptionalExtraChallenge here are 5 multiple choice questions to test your knowledge of their #Eating4BrainHealth benefits
You have a bit more time today until after 8pm

Lots of evenings (+so dinners) atwork mean I’ve not posted #WeEatWell25 but tonight I’ve made home made winter veg soup +am loving being cosy at home! Leafy greens from the broccoli+ mixed nuts on the top.
The last of the homegrown tomatoes clearly don’t know I want them ripe!

@forster_k @ForasureMusic @TfL @hammersmithandy @SarahOlney I had similar on Thursday evening- waiting at Hammersmith for at least 45 min for the 533 in bitterly cold 🥶 would have walked but everyone says it’s not safe walking over the deserted bridge at night.
English

You might think. The driver wouldn’t have it. 2 buses sat empty for 20 minutes while the drivers chatted on their break and dozens of people stood shivering. @TfL @hammersmithandy @SarahOlney 533 service from Hammersmith is appalling. Frequently no bus for 30 mins. And plans to scrap it! So many rely on it
English

A poorly lady had to be helped on to the 533 bus in Hammersmith this evening. She was crying, having begged the driver (on their break) to let her sit on the empty bus because she’d been waiting in the freezing cold for 40 mins. Driver said no. Dozens waiting for ages for a service that’s supposedly every 15 mins. Utterly atrocious @TfL . Regularly waiting 30 mins +

#WeEatWell25
Loving my brain health dinner: tenderstem broccoli, red onion, pomegranate, walnuts, chilli pumpkin seeds and feta. I *may have made a bit too much, but it is super tasty. Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration!

English

@VivJBennett Ooh looks yummy! Do you have a recipe or just throw everything in?
English

Day4 #WeEatWell25 brain healthy snacks…homemade and sometimes home grown! Curly kale roasted for 7min (maybe should have only been 5!) with garlic, pumpkin seeds with chilli powder and the last of balcony grown cherry tomatoes!

English

#WeEatWell25
Brain breakfast: yoghurt, blueberries, milled flaxseeds, Brazil nuts and walnuts- yum!

Not all heroes wear capes, but always nice to put one on now and again. #FellowRCEM @RCollEM

@DrRJWebb @LondonAllergy I’m loving All Creatures Great and Small at the moment- highly recommend it.
English

@LondonAllergy A genuinely beautiful program. Beautifully written and acted, incredible scenery, Yorkshire (so obviously incredible, although I may be biased!), brilliant cast. All available currently too!
English

@sophiearumble I love mine but battery is almost completely dead. Does Antoine know how I can get the music off it? It’s been connected to so many laptops over its lifetime that it won’t let me dump the music on to my current computer and I HATE the idea of loosing all those gems!
English

@Liz_ORiordan Liz, I am so very sorry. I’m not surprised you feel broken. I have no advice or wise words, but am sending you love. X
English

Feeling a little bit broken. As many of you know Dad dropped dead 2 weeks ago when I was on holiday. I needed to see him to say goodbye in the chapel of rest. But the lovely funeral director has kindly advised that given the changes that happen with time, they only recommend I say goodbye to Dad with a closed coffin.
English

@fliceverett And the Friends’ cafe does “pay it forward” soup so if you’re able, please do buy an extra coffee or a soup. And enjoy it in one of the most tranquil places in central London. I miss having an excuse to go there every month. @goodspiritunltd
English

@Nigella_Lawson @monisha_rajesh You signed my new copy of “Feast” when my bestie bought it for me years ago….if you saw it now you would be able to tell how well loved and well used it is!
English

@monisha_rajesh I always sign old books people bring from home. No one should be made to feel they have to buy a new one
