Imagine turning up to COURT, to defend yourself over really, very serious sexual assault allegations, looking like this. It's not only contempt to the court, it's contempt towards the victims. What a fucking moron he is. #russellbrand

Rachel Reeves has been accused of “leading an ideological charge” against nature since coming into power. The RSPB and The Wildlife Trusts are among those warning the Government’s Planning and Infrastructure Bill undermines its commitment to protect the natural world.

We've always known that @AttenboroughNR holds a special place in many people's hearts, but the Attenborough for All project (our biggest ever listening exercise) has brought this love to life in a hugely powerful and exciting way. Thank you @HeritageFundUK!

Today we celebrated the end of our Attenborough for All project, which has been gathering information from you on how we can improve our reserve for everyone.🌱 @HeritageFundUK

Not a bad view from a meeting room! If you've not visited before, I'd definitely recommend a trip to Idle Valley Nature Reserve - with hundredsof acres of spectacularwildlife habit and a welcoming cafe @IdleValleyChat

Couldn't get to the #MARCHFORCLEANWATER in London today, but I do want the Government to act so I feel able to go on the water locally after rain without worrying I'm paddling through dilute sewage

@David43783648 @peaklass1 You'd struggle to find a more popular spot on a sunny day. It's hugely popular with families & others for picnics & paddling - almost too busy, some would say. Clearly benefits more folk now than in the past - certainly since many discovered it during lockdowns

@peaklass1 It was grazed by sheep or cows, that kept it clear from weeds. You probably got more use out of the green space than you do now. There are plenty of green spaces around for wildlife.

The #PeakDistrict is littered with many unsung fragments of quiet history. It’s hard to cross this 18th century clapper bridge over the River Bradford, its design simple but perfect, without thinking of the many feet and hooves that have gone before you.
