I realized I finally had everything I needed to make the game I've dreamed about my whole life. It hit me like lightning: I can actually do this. My love for Heroes of Might and Magic 3 has been with me for 20 years. It shaped how I think about strategy, aesthetics, game design. I always wanted to create something inspired by it. Until now. My background in video production, After Effects, Photoshop - it all suddenly made sense. Discovering that I could use AI to bring every idea to life? That was the final piece. The last month has been a blur. The past 2 weeks - I basically lived in this game, barely left my desk. I'm completely exhausted, but genuinely happy. Because something real came out of it.
