I love @marcorubio. I absolutely love the guy. I supported him for President in 2016. I think he is a generationally, brilliant politician, and I pray that he is the nominee because I would vote for him. I could never vote for JD Vance, but I would vote for him. To my mind, Rubio is what everybody is looking for - a centrist who is decisive, brilliant and imaginative, and on top of that, he is a decent man. My friends @rumpfshaker @therickwilson know how long I have been a Rubio stan and I feel utterly vindicated by his stellar performance at the State Department.

These chemicals did exist they just were not required by law to list all the ingredients of the product. Most food is not "natural" or would never last and we'd be wasting food more than do already do.

@yoopermomma Why is this even an argument, people can't afford houses bc of wages, not bc of going out to eat. You can't tell me they are literally eating out to the tune of a down payment on a house especially when they couldn't get approved for it anyways.

Boomers came of age during back-to-back recessions. The 1970-1980 era was not a time of regularly eating out for young adults. Many seem to think stories such as *cooking a pot of pinto beans* for dinner are fabricated, but they were very real.

Boomers seem to forget that fast food used to be a normal, everyday expense for them because it was affordable. You could get a burger easily on minimum wage, it wasn’t some fancy treat you had once a year as a reward for pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.

This is so stupid and it fills me with animosity toward the boomers. Right or wrong, a lot of Gen Z is “wasting” money on these things because they’ve already realized that they’ll never own anything so they might as well splurge on double steak at chipotle. I don’t blame them.

@PaulAnleitner It's not coming back, I get it's nostalgic from people's childhood but it went out of business for a reason. Streaming is much more efficient and they chose to believe netflix was just a fad and paid for it.
