As a “frontline” HCW, we have what we feel is adequate PPE, but varying protocols for masks. N95 for +ve patients, normal mask for ED screening patients eg PUO / resp sxs low risk. Thoughts?!?! Thank you! #askwsfb

@Peter_Fitz Whilst not helping the pain, this distinction is true. The purely academic & legal argument. This is why we have courts & a legal system, whatever it’s perceived failings. Innocence vs guilt was never the purpose of this. All should actually read the judgment (& I’m Catholic 😞)

@hugh_sheridan @Pontifex Hi Hugh, whilst not helping the hurt 😞(I’m Catholic too) on a purely technical & academic basis, the High Court decision is an interesting read & compelling wrt the law. This is why we have the law. Everyone should read the decision. Were not asked to rule innocence vs guilt.

I don’t know how the “reasonable doubt” will allow people to sleep tonight. I have lost faith in the Criminal Justice system in Australia today. My heart goes out to the family’s and all child abuse victims. I pray for them, I ask that @Pontifex prays for them too. #GuiltyAsSin
