The driver was openly drinking, sticking out his tongue with clear signs of substance abuse, and still behind the wheel. Both the driver and the police officer are putting innocent lives at risk. A father driving home from work could lose his life simply because an officer failed to do his job properly. Instead of arresting a driver caught drinking and driving while allegedly under the influence, he chose to join him in drinking from the same bottle. That level of negligence could cost innocent Nigerians their lives
