Absolutely disgusting customer service from @amazon. One of your vans have been left outside my house partially blocking our drive. We have been advised yesterday evening that this would be moved within an hour and it is still there. I have been passed to 7 customer service adv

@AmazonHelp I was advised the van would be removed within an hour yesterday evening. I wouldnโt mind but itโs partially blocking my drive and when my neighbours have cars on their drive we would struggle to get our car out and my husband had work
