@EmiratesSupport You reached and gave me a link to a form to fill. I tried clicking on the link and filing up the form. The moment I input my flight details and ticket number, it says that the flight hasn’t departed 😳. I flew on 11-Jun. it’s in the past. What sort of system glitch is this 🧐.

@HSBC_UAE You want to call it resolved because you don’t want to actually do anything about the loopholes and bad processes. So be it, call it whatever you want it. In all fairness, my grievances were never understood properly or even attempted to be addressed

What a pathetic experience flying with @TurkishAirlines. All 4 flights taken delayed on an average 2 hours. Missed connecting flights. Baggages damaged. No compensation or support. @TK_HelpDesk On sharing feedback with staff - “Please go ahead and complain nothing will happen!!!”
