@emirates Very disappointed with my recent Bus trip 2 Egypt. 4 legs, incl 2 8.5hr flights. Was told we don’t “qualify” 4 an amenity kit bcoz the flight wasn’t overnight. Cost cutting? Emirates has long represented luxury & exceptional service — this experience certainly did not.
@EmiratesSupport Hi, I’m trying to log into skywards bit do not know my password. Each time I press forgot password nothing happens. I’ve also checked my spam folder. I do have an account as it says this account already exists when try to re-register
@EmiratesSupport I’m disappointed with how Emirates handled my recent delay. They asked me to DM them on X, then never replied. It’s frustrating to see a polished public image while customers are left without support behind the scenes. This airline isn’t what it used to be.

@emirates I submitted a complaint on 17th Jan. Other than a holding email on the 19th, I’m yet to receive any response. 3 weeks waiting is not the level of customer service I expect from you.
@EmiratesSupport had a terrible flight in an old and boeing 777 from Dubai to DUS, seats broken, leaking AC, luggage not there, came one day later to my house, totally damaged can’t use the suitcase anymore, no answer from you within one week to my complaints- what a service…
@EmiratesSupport on 31 Dec I was on Emirates to Colombo via Dubai. 15 min in, it went tech. Circled Kent for 2.5 hrs then returned to LHR. Connection in Dubai missed, you made us wait 18 hrs for next flight. I’m still waiting for compensation. DXB/M/RPA/010126/16597595
@EmiratesSupport Emirates complaint resolution is shocking. How difficult is it to manage a complaint? This is my final post here. I’ll be taking this up with BAA and start county court proceedings.
@emirates Unresolved complaint with regarding failure to provide pre-booked wheelchair assistance (Flight EK017 – 18 May 2025). Response was dismissive and inaccurate. Requesting executive intervention
@emirates I had a terrible experience and could not submit the online form because the flight has not departed yet, so I was told to send an email to customers.affairs@emirates.com. I got this back. I guess I'll post it here then?
@EmiratesSupport I have been DMing the reference for the last 2 weeks and all I hear is “it would take upto 30 days”. Are you even going to solve the issue ?

@emirates@EmiratesSupport very disappointed to see that emirates doesn't offer waivers in case passenger got medical emergency. I had trip planned with my father but he got a sudden heart attack. All the other airlines I have booked are offering medical waivers, but not emirates
