Who has migrated away from Slack entirely? Product is stagnant, costs are outrageous, won't let us downgrade our plan to less expensive tiers without deleting the workspace entirely. There's gotta be something better out there.

@thesamparr The stamina to work long hours is a necessary skill, IMO. @kylejohnmorris and I can and do work 12 hr days if it’s obvious what to do. If less clarity, better to head to the gym or disappear on a run to find clarity rather than grind in the wrong direction
