Doch: Der deutsche Admiral Kurt Leonards sprach auf einem Symposium "zu Krieg und Frieden auf See" in Hamburg nun plötzlich von russischen Kriegsgefangenen, für die Pläne zu ihrer Verteilung benötigt würden. NIEMAND, der einen Verteidigungsplan erstellt, macht sich Gedanken über TAUSENDE KRIEGSGEFANGENE, denn diese gibt es nur bei einer Vorwärtsbewegung. Zu einem Verteidigungsplan gehört der Schutz von Infrastruktur, Bau von Bunker für Zivilisten und ein massiver Ausbau der Luftabwehr. Und keine Verteilung von Kriegsgefangenen!
