@emoryhealthcare CLEARLY Emory Patient Billing has failed to properly update their records. Today I have received a SECOND letter. Your contract billing are incompetent. Moving this department to contract has been the worst mistake you have made in my 41 years as a patient.

@emoryhealthcare how long does it typically take to get results from a chest X-ray. It has been more than 48 hours and pneumonia is suspected for my 83 year old, wheel chair bound Dad. X-ray was taken at Montreal Dr.

@emoryhealthcare You have abstracted away the billing department and the provider of services so much that you aren't able to explain charges after 4+ months of inquiring. Took 14 days to get a reply through MyChart. Says it will take 5+ business days to get a reply to my reply.

@emoryhealthcare Your sleep clinic staff called me and left a voicemail asking to change my appointment time and left a number to call back. I called back that number and the lady said she had no idea they wanted to change my appointment and had no ability to change it. WTF?
