I had the pleasure of visiting the Fountain Lakes Distribution Center in St. Charles, operated by @Vivos_Holdings, where I spoke directly with employee-owners about the unique advantages of being part of an employee-owned company and witnessed the genuine sense of pride and accountability that come from having a personal stake in the business’s success. I am grateful for the warm welcome and for the opportunity to see their day to day operations up close. Thank you for having me!
