@Chardy53102203 Sure, Those are great ingredients. The issue is his one and only game plan which has been outdated since 2016/2017 Some days it will still work against a newer coach or a depleted opposition, but most coaches know how to shut it down immediately

James Hird was no good as coach so stop asking for him to come back! Next Essendon coach SHOULD be someone who hasnt coached his own AFL side yet! Ex coaches never really work out so lets move on from that.

Essendon have more due to Carlton prioritising established players to their list while making the 8 (as all clubs in that position do).
