Tirzepatide is the CLEAR best option for most people based on the data available today. It's fully approved, has a significant body of safety data spanning many years and millions of users, and works exceptionally well. It does the job, fully. Retatrutide is likely fantastic and safe, but is still in trials and is strictly research. Reta also shows a higher risk ratio and drop out rate than Tirzepatide, so the data is clear (so far) that it's not as safe or well tolerated - with more data needed to better understand the nuance and dosing. Reta is also pumped by social media because it's got a sense of excitement and exclusivity to it being that it's not available on the regular market yet. With lots of anecdotal reports that mostly mimic other GLP1 reports... Reta will have it's place. But it's not the recommended option for most people right now for very good reason. Want to experiment, fine. But don't do so based entirely on social media hype. I strongly recommend Tirzepatide for most people.
