@frostchris_25 @Benn_X1 The shortsightedness you continuously fail to address in this argument is WE ARENT THE ONLY OME COLONIZED! So this chicken and egg contest doesn't hold water. We still should possess the agency to choose differently, to unlearn and adapt.

The average Nigerian does not understand the concept of communal prosperity.
This is why even when they imagine a better life, that imagination must include oppression because they assume that the poor people around them will remain poor.
This is also why the consensus is that solar power system should be the solution to the recurring national power grid collapse.
You’d think this is just how poor Nigerians think until you visit some of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Lagos where sachet elites would rather setup private water treatment facilities to get something as basic as clean drinking water instead of pushing for municipal water supplies.
The Nigerian dream is to become a 'big man' in a poor country.

This is what we should be asking from our leaders, not chasing the idea that all of us should buy cars. If you don't get it, then forget it. Na we go fix our country. No one is coming to save us. Have you got your voter's card yet?

@frostchris_25 @Benn_X1 Well, they creating it is not an inquisition to adopt it. And us sustaining this rotten culture can't be blamed on colonialism, it's us! We are collectively a terrible people. That's the root cause we need to come to terms with!
English

@Benn_X1 Who created and imposed the political & economic system that allowed men like Yahaya bello to get into power and steal with impunity??
And did you even know that there are American and EU institutions that fund your country's elections, media and law makers??
English

@Enviraid @Joe__Bassey It's because we didn't stay consistent and evolved our designs.
We got interrupted and joined the Eurocentric architecture while leaving ours in the past.
It's why our architecture industry needs a serious reform

@YGAFC18 There is this air of disappointment around the senior management, it's reading like they had a strategy and Arteta went against it and it backfired. Same face is written on Berta too.

@adesina_peace There is this massive insecurity and inferiority complex among Nigerians that makes then so averse to taking corrections. All your points are 💯 valid and instead of them to take corrections, they are busy dragging you over an obvious wardrobe failure.

Your dressing is off and you should do better. There are rules guiding corporate outfits for the male gender.
Rule 1. Shoe and belt color rules
- Next time, when you wear a brown shoe, make sure the color of your shoe matches with the color of your belt.
- If your shoe is shiny, the belt should be too. If you are wearing a suede shoe, the belt should be a suede belt too.
Rule 2: Shirts and pants combination rules
- You should note that a contrast between your shirt and pants is needed. A light shirt with dark trousers is preferable.
- Again, if you are wearing a patterned shirt, pair it with solid pants (non-patterned) and vice versa.
- Your trouser is too long, it is meant to sit at the right point on the waist, with a slight "break" (where the pant meets the shoe) and no excessive length.
Rule 3: Tie Rule.
- The tip of your tie should reach the top of your belt buckle. No longer, not lower. You look like a primary school kid with that.
- If you are wearing a solid tie, you should pair it with a patterned shirt and vice versa
- Your tie should always be a darker shade of your shirt so that it stands out.
You are welcome, Talented.🫰

@WannabeAyo EXACTLY !! 💯💯💯💯 this is the primary problem. nothing is hard, revolution isn't hard but these people don't have the self esteem to fight for a better life

@maxmeizlish @EdwardGLuce @JavierBlas Then you realise this entire war might be Trump playing chess and checkers with human lives just to manipulate the market..?
English

@EdwardGLuce @JavierBlas The Iranians have no incentive to confirm discussions, if they happened. The market responded well to Trump‘s statement. That undermines Iran’s strategy with respect to the battle for the markets.
English

@EbukaMeansGreat Hahaha, you guys are coming to terms with reality now.
Thomas Partey set a very high standard for him. With time, he will adapt.

He is washed. Whoever that wants to insult me can insult me, but that's not good enough from a club captain on €300K per week.
Next Generation Arsenal@scoutingindoors
If there is anyone who deserves his fans to get behind him it’s Bukayo Saka First difficult spell of form he’s had in his career and this is how you support him ‘Saka is so washed brooo’ If I have to read that one more time Have some respect
English

@Esau_Matsiko More importantly, the nauseating hypocrisy to say there are no more first team and second team, only finishers - just for Arteta to keep letting Zubi play.
The idiocy writes itself.
English

@aliladiere If we win the league, we won it singularly because of that purchase! Open your eyes!!
English

@LanHubs @AdemoyeJohn The gospel truth! Applies to my field - Data Science too.
English

@AdemoyeJohn Well you can vibe code anything just know that it will have flaws if you lack the technical knowledge of fixing those flaws. And if you can't setup your dev environment, it becomes impossible vibe coding the idea. Not absolute though
