Happened to my friend too, but nothing in this video suggests that. Here’s the logic, when the guy walks away he says that she was being ridiculous. If he really was a stalker or a creep or something there are 2 questions : 1. Why did he seem offended by her behavior? 2. Why did he stop if he was really a bad guy with bad intentions? If you are a stalker and somehow being caught you’d try to run away, if you have bad intentions then you wouldn’t do anything in a daylight and in the presence of others (at least one random guy in the back). Everything points to the fact that this was some misunderstanding.
