I called @maloufhome support and was told that we needed to troubleshoot the issue as they certainly wouldn't send anyone out to "attach a power cord that became unplugged." There is power going to the unit, but the actuator is nonfunctional as you can hear the motor turn. 2/3

We purchased a Malouf S755 for our platform bed in NYC. We've had it for 7 days. On Friday the anti-snore tilt setting quit working. I reached out to @bedplanet1 - the company we bought it from and they directed us to contact @maloufhome as they were the manufacturer. 1/3

@videoalex @kendalldevdiary @afwaller It's for my wife - I have a 5k retina fully maxed out and for what I need it is perfect - she's got an older one that has a lot of mileage on it, and now that we're breaking into video, it just won't do it.

@EpicDon @kendalldevdiary @afwaller Refurb macs are great. Apple treats them with the same respect as new-bought, including warranty and apple care availability. And I have an iMac Pro I bought new that was base model+upgraded graphics. I love the hell out of it. You’ll be happy!

@stevensande Question - 10 core iMac Pro with 2TB SSD 18 core iMac Pro with 4 TB SSD. Vega 64 - 16GB in both. Ram maxed in both versions. $3000 difference between the 2. Will be doing heavy video. Which is the better deal?
