I pull up to this house with a $40 order, knock on the door, and this lady answers. She takes the bags, hands me a single $20 bill, and says real casual, “Here you go.” I look at the money and tell her, “Ma’am, the order is $40. You only gave me twenty.” She waves her hand like it’s nothing and goes, “Oh you must’ve dropped the other twenty on the way here. I already paid you the full amount.” I’m standing there holding the one bill like, “No ma’am, you didn’t. You only handed me this one.” She stares at me for a second then asks, “Well what would you do if you only got $20?” I didn’t even hesitate. “I guess you’d only be getting half your food back then.” Her face changes instantly. She gets loud and says, “That’s it. I’m calling your manager right now and telling them you stole my twenty dollars!” I just looked at her and replied, “Go ahead. Call him. It’s my dad. I’ll wait right here while you do.” The silence after that was loud. She stood there scowling at me, turning red. After a few awkward seconds she reaches into her pocket, pulls out the other twenty, and shoves it at me without saying a word. I took the money, handed her the full order, and said, “Don’t call back for delivery again.” She slammed the door so hard the frame shook.

@FreddyLA7 The "Red States" love America regardless of who the President is. The "Blue States" love the 🇺🇸 only when their candidate is in power. You need to understand that you have been traveling in Red States. Your experience would be drastically changed if you traveled to others.

Many have weaker (if any) allegiance to the country 2) Socialist factions within the party, hostile to America’s core principles and to Western civilization, are growing in influence This combination of low-attachment demographics (immigration) and anti-American leftist ideology will continue eroding the Democratic Party’s sense of national pride.

@JzSportsRadio I thought Topuria would win in 2. Amazing fight. Great way to end event. Both should be proud. From my understanding Topuria did not stop the fight, his team did. They, best of all, could see the damage he had absorbed. He went another round when the DOC tried to call the fight.

@thomas_garrard I live in the Texas Panhandle and I can drive south for 12 hours and still be in Texas. I know it’s not a competition, but just sayin….our state is big!

We joke about winning the life lottery, because we were born in the USA, but it’s not far from the truth. These visitors here for the World Cup are getting to experience what we often take for granted. I live in Alabama. I can start in Mobile and drive north for 5 hours, and still be in Alabama. My state has beautiful sandy beaches, and also has the foothills of the Appalachians. In between, we have a super speedway that pushes the limits of American muscle. Talladega. NASA is here. The Army’s rotary wing flight school is here. We have a festival every year to celebrate peanuts. We celebrate the harvest of a crop with funnel cakes and music. 2 teams from my state are currently in the College World Series, and that isn’t even our most popular sport. Don’t even get me started on football Saturdays in the fall. It’s something else entirely. My state is just 1 of 50 states that are all equally wonderful. This country is awesome, and I do love it so. 🇺🇸

I spoke to President TRUMP this morning. He expects to sign something with IRAN in next couple of hours, w/ all usual caveats that come with dealing with Iran. Optimistic about getting the Strait open today, hopefully. Looking forward to the UFC fight tonight; has some weather concerns but jazzed nonetheless.
